** If turned on in the options menu, reaching the final lap of one of the Rainbow Road tracks will cause the 3DS's LED will glow rainbow. The 3DS's LED can actually display multiple different colors outside of red, blue, green, and orange, but they're normally never seen unless the MCU is bricked. Thankfully, this doesn't actually brick your 3DS's MCU.

Created by [=PabloMK7=], CTGP-7 is a mod of VideoGame/MarioKart7, based off of VideoGame/CTGPRevolution. It adds over 50 new tracks not present in the original game, many of which were created by the community. Additionally, there are options to swap out the pre-existing characters with new ones, ranging from simple reskins (such as Ice Mario and Boshi), to full-on new characters (most notably Waluigi and Sonic), as well as a variety of new karts to replace some of the old ones.

* NoFairCheating: The mod has a built-in anticheat system, something which the base game notoriously lacked, and will instantly and permanently ban cheaters.
