* MadnessMantra: when upset i tend to type a singular, random phrase endlessly and rapidly or repeat it in my mind to try and calm down. Sometimes i make this into a game where i "win" by having both calmed down and successfully filled a line with rapidly-typed instances of a singular word or phrase devoid of spellling errors.
