* ReiAyanamiExpy: A male example. While he is not a love interest or a flat out artificial creation, 108 still fulfills many of the requirements including his origin as an experimental recon agent, he's in the age range of 10-20 (11), he's pale, has a DarkAndTroubledPast, fairly short hair (although you could argue it is long for a boy), his hair is blue, while he does not have an odd eye ''color'' he does have [[EmptyEyes notably empty]] [[DullEyesOfUnhappiness eyes]] [[ThousandYardStare (or rather eye)]], he is almost entirely emotionless, speaks very bluntly and oddly without contractions, has been altered so he isn't a normal human, has developed a strong attachment to Leos and Sthesia (who he calls his 'brother and sister' [In reality they are more of [[ParentalSubstitute Parental Substitutes]]], but the age gap makes them more like siblings], and he is slowly starting to feel and become more human.

!! Aichi Sendou (Cardfight!! Vanguard)

A world class cardfighter from the world of Anime/CardfightVanguard. Aichi first appeared after having been sucked through a strange vortex and saved by a [[Anime/MobileSuitGundam00 Gundam pilot named Lockon Stratos]] when he was about to be roboticized by [[VideoGame/SonicTheHedgehog Dr. Eggman's]] forces.


When he joined the group going against Eggman Aichi realized that he was unable to do anything to truly assist (As playing Vanguard simply wasn't going to cut it here and he was well aware of that). He felt guilty for this as he knew that Eggman needed to be stopped and he wished to be able to help everyone against him.


Thankfully it seemed that Blaster Blade managed to communicate with Aichi through his PSY Qualia and alerted him to the fact that when [[VideoGame/SonicForces Infinite]] teleported him to this strange place it caused a dimensional distortion that allows Aichi to sync with and actually transform into his cards. When he does this he gains their strength and abilities.


However he cannot go above a grade 2 card due to instability. It would be too dangerous for Aichi to go to a grade 3 card.


This version of Aichi is from after the Neon Messiah movie.


* BadBadActing: [[spoiler:When Zuki was trying to cause an illusion of Calamity Ganon to distract Zazz when he was holding Aichi as a hostage Aichi attempted to play along... Keyword being "attempted". He was rather loud and stilted with his acting. Pretty much no one would have fallen for it.]]
** [[spoiler:Later he had to pretend to be a robot via Zuki's illusions. Thankfully his bad acting actually helped ''improve'' his act along with the robotic voice effect that was active.]]
* ByThePowerOfGraySkull: He must raise a card into the air and say a chant to transform into his cards.
* EleventhHourSuperpower: [[spoiler:Thanks to the energy of the Chaos Emeralds Aichi was able to achieve the form of one of his grade 3 units, Seeker, Thing Saver Dragon. Using its ability to shoot large balls of energy helped in the fight against Dr. Eggman and his Egg Doomsday.]]
* FighterMageThief: Aichi's different forms fall under a particular niche: His Advanced Party Seeker form is the frail, but fast Thief, the Little Sage form is the Mage, being tied around long-range support, and Blaster Blade is the Fighter, being modeled after your typical Magic Knight.
** He has more forms he can use, but he tends to stick to these three.
* [[MagicalGirlWarrior Magical Boy Warrior]]: His ability to transform fits the major key qualities that this trope would have. He has a chant and motion he needs to say and do, he glows as he transforms, and his forms give him powers he didn't have before.
* NewPowersAsThePlotDemands: Aichi learning that he can transform into his units when stuck in battle with the [[VideoGame/SonicLostWorld Deadly Six]] most likely counts as this.
* NiceGuy: Aichi always tries his best to be kind to his teammates. For example he has offered to help his teammates that can't read English (He has a decent understanding of it) or Japanese by telling them what the words say. He also was more concerned about his friends rather than himself when he was stuck in a hostage situation.
* PsychicPowers: Aichi still has his PSY Qualia and it's actually stronger than ever. He no longer loses himself when he uses it and it is thanks to this power (and a dimensional distortion caused by his teleportation) that he can transform into his units.
* SensitiveGuyAndManlyMan: Aichi functions as the Sensitive Guy to Lockon's Manly Man. Aichi is a kind-hearted and somewhat shy high school student that hates fighting, but will do so to protect others. Meanwhile Lockon is an AcePilot with access to his Dynames's powerful weaponry and in general being more masculine than Aichi.
* [[ShyBlueHairedGirl Shy Blue-Haired Boy]]: Downplayed in comparison to how he used to be. He still has a somewhat shy demeanor, but he's far more comfortable talking to people than he used to be.
* TagalongKid: Subverted. At first it would appear that he wouldn't play much of a role in Team Rush, until his apparently gained powers to change into his Vanguard units awakened.
* TheHeart: Arguably functions as this for Team Rush, which includes himself, [[TheBigGuy Lock]][[Anime/MobileSuitGundam00 on]], [[OldSoldier Bear]][[TheLeader ach]], [[TheChick Vosi]]/[[TokenEvilTeammate Zuki]], and [[TheLancer Li]][[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild nk]]. Aichi is perhaps not only the youngest, but the most friendly member of the team.

!! Cinnamon (Mega Man X: Command Mission)

Cinnamon is a young and naive Reploid from the year 22XX. After having helped X and Zero deal with the events of Command Mission, she returned with her creator, Professor Gaudile, and helped him with continuing his research.


However, she soon arrived in the Room. She was confused and concerned, but also very curious about her surroundings (which were unlike the very technologically advanced Giga City).


She has the Force Metal Generator inside of her and she has her ability to heal Reploids and machines. She has also recently learned how to help a little with human first aid.

[[folder:Dark Egg Vanguard (Dark Aichi Clones)]]

*** She got passionate enough to [[spoiler:reach out to Aichi while he was brainwashed, calling out for him to remember Vanguard and his friends.]]

* BigWhat: Aichi had a reaction of this sort when he saw Leos's Gundam for the first time as it emerged from a portal. As he's from a universe where giant mechs like this don't exist it took him off guard.

* FelonyMisdemeanor: Aichi feared that Leos, Sthesia, and Misaki would leave him if he reveals that he has a crush on Sthesia.

* LotusEaterMachine: [[spoiler:Future Koata placed Aichi into a dream world where everything was happy and perfect. He was completely unaware of this and his body is simply an EmptyShell following orders and cues while he's like this.]]

* NotUsingTheZWord: Aichi calls the zombies "Youmu", as he is afraid of the undead. He (in some kind of weird subconscious sort of way) was trying to think of them as something else in an attempt to keep himself from freezing up. [[spoiler:He has finally started treating them as they really are, calling them zombies.]]

* ByThePowerOfGraySkull: He must raise a card into the air and say a chant to transform into his cards. He says them in the following order: ''"Stand up, Vanguard! Advanced Party Seeker, File!"'', ''"Ride! Little Sage, Marron!"'', and finally ''"Stand up, my avatar! Ride! Blaster Blade!"''

* ActualPacifist: Aichi doesn't like to see people have to resort to violence and would prefer to have a much simpler solution. Despite this he understands that the Room is a dangerous place and won't stop someone from trying to protect others from threats. {{Averted}}
** This has changed because of all of the pain him and his friends suffered at the hands of the Gundam Thieves. He is now willing to try to fight to protect everyone even if the idea of violence still hurts him.

* AmnesiacDissonance: [[spoiler:While brainwashed and under orders, Aichi does not have any memory of his life outside of his time with his captors. Despite this, he has experienced many headaches and bad feelings about what he and his captors are doing. It all conflicts with what he knows, and he does not understand why.]]

* BreakTheCutie: [[spoiler:Aichi was captured, tortured, hallucinated his friends abandoning him, breaking to the point he hallucinated that Sthesia Awar Nono was the real Sthesia, became an EmptyShell, had his PSY Qualia and his abilities enhanced by means unknown to him, had his memory wiped along with being brainwashed, was unbelievably obsessed with serving his 'master' and 'Sthesia', was sent to kill Leos and anyone else he was given the orders to, had multiple moments when he had identity crises and headaches, and then finally snapped out of it with extreme guilt and self-hatred. He blamed himself for not being strong enough to resist them and has been seen struggling with what it has done to him and his peace of mind. The poor boy just didn't handle it well.]]
* CallBack: [[spoiler:While brainwashed, Aichi pilots a replica of the Gundam Avalanche Exia, which is the Mobile Suit that Aichi could pilot if he ever became a Mobile Suit pilot.]]
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: Aichi seems to be unable to pick up on [[VideoGame/GundamVsSeries Leos and Sthesia's]] hinted feelings for one another. An example being when he was concerned Sthesia was sick when she was blushing.
* CowardlyLion: Aichi usually froze up in dangerous situations, but when Anna was in danger he stood in front of her and chased down the guy taking her away despite his fear. He is capable of great courage, but he struggles sometimes.

* FelonyMisdemeanor: Aichi fears that Leos and Sthesia would leave him if he reveals that he has a crush on Sthesia.

* LadyAndKnight: [[spoiler:While serving as a brainwashed minion of [[BigBad -EX-]], Aichi is led to believe that he is "Sthesia"'s (Actually one of the Sthesia clones) knight.]]
* LethalChef: He used to have no cooking experience due to his never helping in the kitchen. However, he has since improved himself to being a ''very'' good cook!
* [[LoveMakesYouCrazy Love Makes You Crazy/]]LoveMakesYouEvil: [[spoiler:His crush on Sthesia is being manipulated into a crush on Nono. This is the main fuel that keeps Aichi under their control, as he is absolutely dedicated to being near her and protecting her.]]
* NaiveNewcomer: He's a newbie completely unaware of the more dangerous people and aspects of the Room. He is now more aware of how dangerous the Room can be. Good examples would be the [[spoiler:fights Leos had with Cross]] and the fact that Shubby could have very well killed him.
* NervousWreck: Being in the Room hasn't been good for his sense of ease. There's a lot of dangerous things that happen in the Room and Aichi, being a 15 year old boy, isn't able to handle such situations very well. For example when [[spoiler:Cross arrived with his Skell and fought with Leos or when Leos got injured against him.]]

** [[spoiler:He also became brainwashed, and naturally does not act like himself.]]
* PrecociousCrush: [[spoiler:-EX- actually exploits Aichi's crush on Sthesia by re-purposing it into a crush on Nono, helping Aichi become a fanatical minion.]]

** [[spoiler:When Aichi was rescued from -EX-, he was struggling to break free from their control of him. It wasn't until Leos came in and apologized for not saving him sooner, that it all clicked back together for Aichi. Aichi hugged Leos, crying and apologizing for it all (as he could remember everything he did while brainwashed).]]

* FakeMemories: [[spoiler:Aichi has been cut off from his memories, and his mind filled in the blanks. He seems to believe that his captors took him in, and he feels an extreme gratitude and feels indebted to them for it. His crush on Sthesia has also seemed to morph into a crush on one of her evil clones, Sthesia Awar Nono. This is because of the torture he experienced breaking his mind and leading him to believe she was Sthesia.]]
