Ultimately he decided to combine the two into a whole different remix (also adding in parts from the first NES game despite it being platformer instead of a beat 'em up) to create this game. As much as people have liked the game that did get released, there's still many who would have liked to have seen the original plan for ''Manhattan Project'' completed as that game is often overlooked because of the technical limits of the NES.
