* ReclusiveArtist: Drake was never completely comfortable with the attention he received, but as his depression spiralled in the early 70s, he starting withdrawing from the public eye, and after finishing ''Pink Moon'' more or less gave up recording and live performance, spending the last few years of his life holed up in his parents' house in Warwickshire.

* DoingItForTheArt: The almost obsessive practice Drake put into his guitar certainly shows in his effortless playing.

Per TRS. Also, it's not Trivia.

* CutAndPasteTranslation: "Made To Love Magic" is essentially a remake of the "Time Of No Reply" compilation with some track substitutions. For example:
** "Made To Love Magic" and "Time Of No Reply" have completely different orchestration to the originals, due to being based on unused Five Leaves Left arrangements.
** "Rider On The Wheel", "Voice From The Mountain" and "Black Eyed Dog" are remixes in modern stereo, whereas the originals were the twin track mono typically used for stereo in the 60s. This is because the tape used for the original release was a mix-down tape, and the master tape was later found.
** "Joey", "Clothes Of Sand" and the demo of "The Thoughts Of Mary Jane" are also all stereo mixes.
** "Hanging On A Star" is a completely different arrangement.
** A previously unreleased song from the final album sessions, "Tow The Line", was included.
** The studio take of "Mayfair" was replaced with Nick's home demo.
** The songs "Been Smoking Too Long" and "Strange Meeting II" were omitted due to being home demos, but they were included on the compilation "Family Tree" three years later. However, the third home demo "Fly", was omitted.
** The demo of "Man In A Shed" was omitted, however, a demo of "Three Hours" was added.

* DeadpanSnarker: A frequent part of Nick's letters to his parents whilst at boarding school(reprinted in Remembered For A While). His friends have spoken of this too, noting that he was an extremely funny and witty person to be around, and that the public image of him as depressed and withdrawn was not how they knew him.

Added DiffLines:

* ShelteredAristocrat: He grew up in the countryside with a rich family who he was very close to, went to a very highly regarded boarding school where he doesn't seem to have had trouble with anybody, and the people around him were supportive of his abilities. So when he failed to get the success in music he was convinced he would get, he took it far more harshly than a lot of people would.
