* In one of the endings in the interactive special "Epic Choice-o-Rama", the boys and Captain Underpants come up with an idea to go back in time to move the treehouse away from Mr. Cleveland’s house, they change their minds when they meet a younger Cleveland and find out he’s friends with the tree’s tire swing and is actually Viper Chai. So when they go back to the present, they see that Melvin is extremely close to destroying the treehouse, and all 3 tear up as they can only watch their beloved treehouse about to be destroyed. Had not it been for Mr. Cleveland’s last minute BigDamnHeroes moment, Treehouse Comix Inc. would’ve been no more.

* In the Season 2 finale, Melvinborg explains that his nanobots, which took over Captain Underpants’ body, are slowly taking over his brain, and once they do, they will effectively destroy who he is.
