Shiki has been holed up in his quarters the entire time without eating. Rebecca seems to be holding it together when she goes to visit Shiki and encourage him to take better care of himself, but it's then revealed that she's been trying and failing to use her Cat Leaper powers to undo Witch's death for the last two days, and the entire left side of her body is covered in cracks.
