He's rejected by Taiya to become a Boonboomger, suffers numerous beatdowns from Darts Grumer, and when he reports the Grumer's appearance to the Boonboomgers, you can see him clenching his tears when Taiya tells him to stay away from the situation. In a moment that also doubles as an awesome moment, he also tries to save the Boonboomgers from the Grumer, suffering even more. It's only after he earns the ability to become Boon Black when he gets awesome and happier moments in this episode.
