* During the ''King for a Day'' tournament, Ajit Pai was the ''only'' contestant to canonically die, after being snapped out of existence by [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar Thanos.]] Additionally, his "promo" vid on Twitter is a sloppily edited Harlem Shake parody of his infamous "7 Things You Can Still Do After Net Neutrality", with it lagging due to slow internet halfway through, and the only rip of his that was uploaded was a mediocre mashup between the Harlem Shake and "Watch Me Whip/[=NaeNae=]", an already widely loathed RunningGag on the channel. Despite this, he returned as a serious contestant in ''King for Another Day'', albeit reincarnated as [[HumongousMecha Metal Ajit Pai]].

* AprilFoolsDay 2021 features a mini-narrative revolving around [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mario]] becoming RetGone, with the day's rips consisting of Mario games with the title and thumbnail [[{{Unperson}} adjusted accordingly]]. This is a jab at Nintendo's decision to pull the ''Super Mario 3D All-Stars'' CompilationRerelease from stores on the same day.
