The 28th season of the long-running Franchise/PowerRangers franchise, adapting footage from Series/KishiryuSentaiRyusoulger, succeeding Series/PowerRangersBeastMorphers in 2021. Announced by Hasbro at the 2020 Toy Fair on February 22th, 2020.

* ShesAManInJapan: The green Ryusoulger is male, the green Dino Fury Ranger is female. No doubt Green was chosen to be the second girl in the team because the green rangers are female in ''[[Series/UchuSentaiKyuranger Kyuranger]]'' and ''[[Series/MashinSentaiKiramager Kiramager]]''.

* SealedEvilInACan: The Sporix were captured by Zayto and Solon, but the two couldn't find a way to permanently destroy them. In the premier the chest containing them is opened during the fight between the Rangers and Void Knight, allowing them to escape.

* SoleSurvivor: Zayto was the only member of his team to live after the final battle against the Sporix. He also says that few survived his planet being ravaged by the Sporix. Of course, sealed away for 65 million years, his civilization has had plenty of time to either recover or die out; impossible to know what's happened over that much time.
StockDinosaurs: Among the dinosaurs we have the overused Ankylosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus. With Smilodon as the token famous extinct mammal.

* ArtisticLicensePaleontology: Though most of the StockDinosaurs such as Ankylosaurus, Mosasaurus, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus all lived in the late Cretaceous when Zayto and the other knights were fighting the Sporix, Stegosaurus is from the Jurassic period while Smilodon[[note]]Wrongly referred to as a Sabertoothed Tiger, as Smilodon was a member of the Machairodontinae, which are not closely related to tigers or any living cat species.[[/note]] wouldn't have even evolved until the Pleistocene some 60 million years later, nevermind any mammals of that size. Not to mention how an aquatic Mosasaurus somehow is able to move around on land.

** Specifically, the T-Rex Champion Zord combines with the Tricera Blade Zord and the Ankylo Hammer Zord to create the so-far-unnamed base Megazord, and then that combines with the Tiger Claw Zord and Stego Spike Zord to create the Dino Fury Megazord: Warrior Formation.

''Series/PowerRangersSamurai's'' Jayden and Lauren Shiba don't quite count due to them never being on the team at the same time, as well as Lauren being considered an [[EleventhHourRanger Extra Ranger]].

* CanonImmigrant: The Morphin Masters have been a major part of the [[ComicBook/MightyMorphinPowerRangersBoomStudios Boom! Studios comics]], and make their TV continuity debut in the premier to give Zayto's original team their Ranger powers in a flashback.

* SoleSurvivor: Zayto was the only member of his team to live after the final battle against the Sporix. He may also be one of if not the last of his kind after his planet was ravaged by the Sporix.

* AnimalThemedSuperbeing: The Dino Fury Rangers are all themed after prehistoric beasts. Zayto has the power of a T. Rex, Amelia an Ankylosaur, Ollie a Triceratops, Izzy a Sabertooth Tiger, Javi a Stegosaurus, and the Gold Ranger a Mosasaur.
* HeroesPreferSwords: All five Rangers use the Chromafury Saber as their main weapon.

* CircleOfStandingStones: Dinohenge is this but with statues of dinosaurs (and a sabertooth tiger). The first episode reveals that it was created when the Morphin' Masters empowered Zayto and his team.

** Solon tries to help Amelia and Ollie against Void Knight by throwing them a key to activate the Hengemen only for Void Knight to intercept the key and claim the foot soldiers for his own use.
** Zayto ends up releasing the Sporix by accident when his Dino Dagger gets deflected into the case containing them.

65 Million Years ago, the Knights of Rafkon fought against the Sporix, evil parasitic beings that destroyed their homeworld. Taking the fight to Earth, the Knights teamed up with the Dinosaurs and were granted the ability to morph into the Dino Fury Power Rangers thanks to the Morphing Masters. They managed to defeat and detain the Sporix, but all but one Knight fell during the battle. In the present day, the last Knight of Rafkon, Zayto, awakens to find that the mysterious Void Knight is after the Sporix for his own purposes. Joined by new friends, Zayto begins his mission once again protecting the Earth against an evil threat.
