Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read this. Briefly put, I'm making this thread to inquire the best way to go with troping characters in different works of the same continuity.

With all the above being said, the Amato aka Mechamato character, in regards to the ''Animation/BoBoiBoy'' series, only appears in [[ the stinger of the 2nd movie]] as well as in the prologue and epilogue of [[ this extended version of the very first episode]] which was made for the show's 10-year-anniversary. The ''Mechamato'' series will feature his child self as the main character. It will have its own array of supporting characters but others that are present in ''[=BoBoiBoy=]'' such as Tok Aba (Amato's father, BBB's grandpa) are present as well.

So my main query as of now, '''what's the best way to trope characters in different works of the same continuity, particularly in categorizing the character page(s)'''?
I understand that it's possible to refer to other character pages to assume how, but I'd appreciate the advice. (It doesn't help that Amato is marked as a spoiler character on Characters.BoBoiBoy, despite the creator himself confirming the fact that he's [=BoBoiBoy=]'s father some time after the cinematic release.
[I need reconsidering and consensus on what counts as spoilers in this show] )

I'm considering the thought of making a Short Term Project thread to get feedback on setting up the pages for the PSU properly, though it's yet to be seen as to how extensive the works getting troped could eventually warrant a page for the PSU, if ever.

Another reason for this thread is in case any other tropers eyeing the works in progress who are willing to contribute to the works' pages (which will be very much appreciated) also have questions to ask regarding how to do so here.

With all the above being said, the Amato aka Mechamato character, in regards to the ''Animation/BoBoiBoy'' series, only appears in [[ the stinger of the 2nd movie]] as well as in the prologue and epilogue of [[ this extended version of the very first episode]] which was made for the show's 10-year-anniversary. The ''Mechamato'' series will feature his child self as the main character. It will have its own array of supporting characters but others that are present in ''[=BoBoiBoy=]'' such as Tok Aba (Amato's father, BBB's grandpa) are present as well.

So my main query as of now, '''what's the best way to trope characters in different works of the same continuity, particularly in categorizing the character page(s)'''?
I understand that it's possible to refer to other character pages to assume how, but I'd appreciate the advice. (It doesn't help that Amato is marked as a spoiler character on Characters.BoBoiBoy, despite the creator himself confirming the fact that he's [=BoBoiBoy=]'s father some time after the cinematic release.

I'm considering the thought of making a Short Term Project thread to get feedback on setting up the pages for the PSU properly, though it's yet to be seen as to how extensive the works getting troped could eventually warrant a page for the PSU, if ever.

Another reason for this thread is in case any other tropers eyeing the works in progress who are willing to contribute to the works' pages (which will be very much appreciated) also have questions to ask regarding how to do so here.
