* ''Webcomic/PVPOnline'' did a parody of Dark Dungeons titled "Jesus Kills." Cole kicks Brent out of his prayer group for [[ExperimentedInCollege experimenting in college]], [[{{Hypocrite}} despite Cole having affairs with other men]]. Francis is glad to use various bible verses against his own parents until he mistakenly believes that Brent has committed suicide. After Cole coldly dismisses Brent's "death," Francis decides to convert to Satanism. The comic attracted both praise and criticism, but ultimately, the artist replaced it with an alternative strip in which Marcy's character is unable to use her Cleric powers to heal Francis's character until he asks for help, since she cannot force her faith on others.
