From the ''smoldering'' duet Greg and Rose sing, to Rose and Pearl's equally suggestive fusion dance, to Rose's knowing "''oh,'' yes" when Greg points out that the last few months have been great, this is a ''very'' sexually charged episode. Given the aesop on whirlwind, love-at-first-sight romances and the amount of work it takes to build beyond that, [[TropesAreTools it actually works.]]

But to his great dismay, they dip and have one heck of a kiss, but no fusion occurs. Rose is amused that he was attempting it and giggles. Greg is frustrated and upset, and demands she talk to him like a real person.
