Ike and his preschool teacher have an affair. Meanwhile, Cartman becomes a hall monitor. Kyle discovers that Ike and Miss Stevenson are banging, but Ike (who spouts nonsense for most of the episode but also seems cognizant of the romance) prevents him from telling their parents. When Kyle attempts to tell the police they just think that since Ms. Stevenson is hot and female it doesn't count as statutory rape. Nonetheless Ms. Stevenson is arrested when Cartman discovers they're kissing in the halls without a hall pass. The Principal does take this seriously, Ike rejects Kyle, and Stevenson escapes by using "alcoholism" as an excuse. Ike and Ms. Stevenson run away, then are caught and try to commit suicide. Kyle talks Ike down from suicide at the last second, while Ms. Stevenson jumps to her death.
