Pun is an index, not a trope.

* {{Pun}}: Mayor Royal Falooda says "Order in the court!" Cue the bailiff appearing and saying a long list of fast food items, the joke being that he's ordering in the court.

More fitting trope.

* CreatorCameo: Cham Cham asks for the courthouse's wi-fi password and is told that it is "D-I-S-N-E-Y". This is a reference to Creator/DisneyChannel, which airs ''Simple Samosa''.

Added DiffLines:

* UnexpectedlyDarkEpisode: Samosa being legitimately tried for a crime is dark enough for an otherwise light-hearted series, but the prospect of Samosa being given the death penalty and Cham Cham having absolutely no reaction to it due to literally causing the trial and hating Samosa makes it quite possibly the darkest episode of the series.

* JudgeJuryAndExecutioner: Falooda simultaneously holds a trial to determine if Samosa is responsible for the kidnapping and issues his punishment of being eaten, whereas in real life there would be a separate executioner to determine Samosa's punishment.

* GuiltyUntilSomeoneElseIsGuilty: Samosa is the target suspect of kidnapping but never actually commited the misdeed. The only people who believe he's innocent are his friends, one of whom (specifically Vada) goes to locate the actual "perpetrator"[[note]]he never kidnapped the assumed victims at all and was actually looking for those friends of his[[/note]], Special Samosa, and brings him to the courtroom [[JustInTime right as Samosa is about to be wrongfully punished over it]].

* KarmaHoudini: Cham Cham comes alarmingly close to getting a young child ''killed'' for a kidnapping he never actually committed, let alone knew about. Does Cham Cham get any punishment for it? Well, not really; the most he gets is a massage.

The following morning, Samosa is given a rude awakening by the police, who suddenly take him to court. Dhokla, Jalebi, and Vada notice what's happened to Samosa and go to the courthouse to help him. At the courthouse, Samosa is accused of kidnapping Garlic, Green Pepper, and Mushroom, and he and Cham Cham are asked to jump onto a set of giant weighing scales to determine who is telling the truth. Cham Cham is shown to be the heavier of the two, indicating that he's being truthful of the evidence he found, but even then he becomes much lighter and causes Samosa to tip the scale the other way when he takes some stuff out of his pockets.

Vada, thinking he may have pinpointed the true culprit of the crime, decides to go out and find that culprit. He does indeed find the culprit, a samosa who looks almost exactly like Samosa but with a mustache. This samosa explains that he didn't ''kidnap'' the three foods; rather, he had lost them some time ago and was searching for them. Right as Samosa is about to be subjected to the punishment of being served to someone to eat, Vada brings the other samosa to the courtroom to prove his innocence.

A grateful Samosa asks how Vada figured out the culprit, and Vada points out that the picture Cham Cham took showed the other samosa's mustache. The episode ends with a bunch of other samosa appearing to greet the gang, and Samosa saying that "there is nothing better than a Simple Samosa".

!!"Samosa Mama" contains the following tropes:
* BigDamnHeroes: Vada comes back into the courthouse with the true perpetrator of the kidnapping right as Samosa is about to be wrongfully punished for it.
* ClearTheirName: Dhokla, Jalebi, and Vada do everything they can to help Samosa prove he's being wrongfully blamed for the kidnapping of Garlic, Green Pepper, and Mushroom.
* CourtroomEpisode: The episode has Samosa taken to court and having to prove himself innocent.
* CruelAndUnusualDeath: Samosa is almost subjected to being ''served to someone to eat'' before Vada comes back with the true culprit.
* {{Pun}}: Mayor Royal Falooda says "Order in the court!" Cue the bailiff appearing and saying a long list of fast food items, the joke being that he's ordering in the court.
* ShoutOut: Cham Cham asks for the courthouse's wi-fi password and is told that it is "D-I-S-N-E-Y". This is a reference to Creator/DisneyChannel, which airs ''Simple Samosa''.
* TitleDrop: Samosa drops the phrase "There is nothing better than a Simple Samosa" at the end of the episode.
