This is an index, not a trope.

* {{Pun}}: The jokes Maa Mooli makes are mostly puns (e.g. one in the first English dub is along the lines of "What did the mother tomato say to her son during the race? 'You'd better ''catch up'' ["ketchup"]!'").

* PartiallyConcealedLabelGag: Samosa and his gang are directed to a junkyard to cure Dhokla's bad luck. The outside of the junkyard has a sign on the front that looks like it says "Anger", confusing Samosa, but after the gang goes into the junkyard, some gunk on the sign falls off and reveals the sign actually says "Danger".

* LetsMeetTheMeat: Unlike other episodes, where the anthropomorphic, sapient foods are only implied to be eating other anthropomorphic, sapient foods, this episode goes further by actually showing one of the characters being eaten on-screen - specifically, Maa Mooli eats one of her little carrot friends, who thankfully emerges from her skin completely okay a second later.

* SapientEatSapient: Maa Mooli ''eats one of her own little carrot friends'' at one point. Thankfully, he emerges from her skin perfectly fine seconds later.

Actually, I'm not completely sure what trope this would be, since it doesn't quite fit either Brick Joke or Five Second Foreshadowing.

* FiveSecondForeshadowing: Dhokla informs Maa Mooli that telling jokes didn't get rid of his bad luck problem. Maa Mooli points out that Dhokla didn't worry about that when she told her jokes, nor was he hit by a TV, a fridge, or a piano in the process. Less than a minute later, while Dhokla is bragging about his bad luck problem going away, Vada is suddenly hit by a TV, Jalebi is hit by a fridge, and Samosa is hit by a piano.

* HumiliationConga: For the first few minutes of the episode, Dhokla is tortured by a constant stream of unlucky happenings, such as accidentally flushing himself down the toilet, almost getting carried away by a bird, etc. This culminates in him getting squashed by a hot air balloon, which forces him to go to the hospital.

Dhokla wakes up one fine morning to find that he has been struck with a sudden case of bad luck. He ends up flushing himself down his own toilet by accident as part of the unlucky happenings, and emerges from a sewer right next to his friends outside. Dhokla explains the bad luck problem to them, then gets out several lucky charms in an attempt to protect himself. The charms work... for several seconds, before Dhokla ''still'' ends up squashed by a hot air balloon containing tourists.

Dhokla is taken to the hospital to have his physical wounds treated. When asked what Samosa and friends can do about the bad luck problem, Dr. Goti Sodawala directs them to a being called Maa Mooli, who lives in a junkyard outside of town. They make it to the junkyard, which is adorned with a "Danger" sign they misread as "Anger", but upon entering the junkyard they have trouble finding Maa Mooli at first.

Maa Mooli eventually reveals herself and helps with the bad luck problem by... telling jokes. Dhokla is understandably confused as to what telling jokes could accomplish in regards to solving the bad luck problem. Maa Mooli asks Dhokla if he experienced bad luck during the jokes, and he starts to brag about his bad luck problem going away when he realizes this, but does not see his friends being randomly hit by objects falling from the sky while he does this.

!!"Maa Mooli" contains the following tropes:
* AbsurdlySpaciousSewer: Dhokla accidentally flushes himself down the toilet and emerges from a sewer. The pipes connecting the sewer lid and the toilet are unrealisticly large.
* AlliterativeTitle: "Maa Mooli" repeats the letter "M".
* CharacterTitle: The episode is named after Maa Mooli.
* DownInTheDumps: Maa Mooli lives in an ominous-looking junkyard.
* GoodLuckCharm: Dhokla wears several to prevent any further bad luck from messing with him. It works until he gets squashed by a hot air balloon.
* KidnappingBirdOfPrey: One of the unlucky things that happens to Dhokla is that a giant bird randomly swoops in and picks him up, presumably to carry him to its nest. A plane hits the bird a few seconds later, thus freeing Dhokla.
* {{Pun}}: The jokes Maa Mooli makes are mostly puns (e.g. one is along the lines of "What did the mother tomato say to her son during the race? 'You'd better ''catch up'' ["ketchup"]!'").
* SapientEatSapient: Maa Mooli ''eats one of her own little carrot friends'' at one point. Thankfully, he emerges from her skin perfectly fine seconds later.
* ToiletHumor: Dr. Goti Sodawala orders Dhokla to hold his breath, and then to release it. Dhokla farts on the doctor upon being told this, to which the doctor replies that he should release from the front side, not the back.
