Thanks to an age reversing spell cast by the Ball Balancer, Chibi-Usa accomplishes her dream of becoming a true adult. But this gets her in trouble with Pegasus who wants to leave her because she "lost her way". So Chibs has to go back to the Dream World and confront the boy with the long face.
