This leads to a grand jury of Observers to come after Rick & Morty for murder.

* RedHerring: The season's promotional commercials showed a whole bunch of random adventures from different episodes. It turns out the majority of those shots were taken from just ''this'' episode alone.

* BreatherEpisode: Considering all the emotional turmoil Rick went through in the previous episode, this episode is far more lighthearted in nature.

* HeroicBSOD: After the events of the previous episode, Rick is lying in his garage in a drunken slump and refusing to go on adventures with Morty like they usually do. Morty starts off the plot by trying to cash in these Adventure Cards in order to coax him out of it.
