* ParentalNeglect: Glossed over and played with, but still present. Scootaloo's parents left her, a child implied to be under the age of nine, to live alone with no shown caretakers or guardians( besides some aunts shown in this episode who visit by train, but live away.) They never once visited her before this point in the series, despite the various threats, dangerous situations, and emotional turmoil their daughter has faced during the series. And then when they arrive, they are fully expecting their daughter to move away from her home with them and leave behind her friends, without asking he opinion on this first. It is downplayed later in, when talked to, they at least do show they love their daughter and show enough concern for her emotional well-being to let her stay in Ponyville, where she wants.

No way they are a straight example of "good parents"; the entry blatantly ignored the obvious neglect Scootaloo's parents showed by never being theory for her and letting a kid as yougn as her live alone.

* GoodParents: Scootaloo's parents love her very much and want her to be as safe as possible, but also are entirely willing to let her stay in Ponyville when they see how much she means to everypony there. Their only real flaw is expecting her to want to move with them to Shire Lanka without even ''asking'' first.

* GoodParents: Downplayed. Scootaloo's parents love her very much and want her to be as safe as possible, but are far from ideal parents. They are always gone away on work and blatantly neglect her by leaving her to live alone without any shown caregivers (until this episode showed her aunts) and never visited her before this moment in the series, despite Scootaloo getting into various dangerous situations and having bouts of emotional turmoil at times when it would have been ideal for a parental figure to be there to help her. Despite this also are entirely willing to let her stay in Ponyville when they see how much she means to everypony there. Their only real Besides this, the other major flaw with them is expecting her to want to move with them to Shire Lanka without even ''asking'' first.
