* EurekaMoment: Hearing Kazumi complaining about how Gentoku has ruined his pasta dish recipe despite having the same proportions of the same ingredients to hand makes Sento realise that [[spoiler: the Hazard Trigger and the Evol Trigger share enough of a design that the latter likely shares the flaw Shinobu demonstrated in the former, which would allow him to paralyze Evolt in the same way.]]
* ExactWords: [[spoiler: A meta-example. This episode does indeed see Evolt killed, but the next episode reveals he left a backup culture of his cells to regrow from inside Utsumi.]]
* ForegoneConclusion: [[spoiler: Even though Evolt is seemingly destroyed, the fact that he has a new form that was promoted in magazines, and shown in the teaser for the next episode, means he's not done yet.]]
* LethalChef: Gentoku is apparently not a great cook as he somehow ruined Kazumi's pasta dish despite Kazumi showing Gentoku how to make it, the result being a foul tasting mess despite using the same proportions and ingredients. [[spoiler: This random moment inspires Sento to think about how his Hazard Trigger is functionally identical to Evolt's Evol Trigger, and how Shinobu managed to disable Sento in their fight earlier in the episode by attacking the Hazard Trigger.]]

* CallBack: It seems that after Ryuga's complaints of not being able to fly, Cross-Z Magma's wings **do** let him fly. Looks like Sento has been listening to him.

Kazumi and Gentoku start to infiltrate Faust’s Hokuto headquarters with different intentions than Sento and the others have. It seems that they are following the path that leads straight to Evolto. However, Mad Rogue and his army quickly discovered their location and proceeded to surround them. Meanwhile, Shinobu once again transforms before Sento and the others after tracking them down as he intends to take them in for experimentation as well. “You were useless after all. It’s because of you humanity will be destroyed!” Sento refuses to acknowledge his father’s words as strong feelings of frustration begin to stir within him.

* BatmanGambit: Kazumi and Gentoku purposely infiltrate Faust’s Hokuto headquarters and allow themselves to get captured in order to boost their Hazard Levels. It was only thanks to Sento and Ryuga's timely intervention that Kazumi and Gentoku weren't recaptured and turned into Lost Smashes.

* BatmanGambit: Kazumi and Gentoku purposely infiltrate Faust’s Hokuto headquarters, and get captured, in order to boost their Hazard Levels without turning into Lost Smash's.
* BrickJoke: In the episode recap, Sawa mentions that she placed trackers on each of the Riders (it's better not knowing ''how'' she did it), and was able to find Kazumi and Gentoku. Later, Ryuga uses it to locate Sento after the latter ran off to fight Evolto on his own.
* ButtMonkey: Not played for laughs as the feedback from the Blizzard Knuckle actually knocks out Ryuga. Fortunately, he get's better come the fight.
* CallBack: Seems that after Ryuga's complaints of not being able to fly, Cross-Z Magma's wings can allow him to do so. Looks like Sento has been listening to him.
* ForegoneConclusion: [[spoiler: Even though Evolto is seemingly destroyed, the fact that he has a new form that was promoted in magazines, and shown in the teaser for the next episode, means he's not done yet.]]
* LethalChef: Seems that Gentoku is not a great cook as her ruined Kazumi's pasta dish, making it inedible.

* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: Sento is notably tense for a good chunk of the episode after Shinobu reminds him that there is no more time if they cannot find a way to defeat Evolt and doesn't want to involve Kazumi and Gentoku in his plans since they have a high chance of dying if they are downed.
* RunningGag: Gentoku seems to like wearing his text shirts, since he wears a yes/no shirt and a "I agree with him" shirt that points to his right in this episode. The group even makes fun of Gentoku botching the agreement shirt in their dramatic moment before fighting Evolt together.
* YouAreNotAlone: Late into the episode, Sento decides to fight Evolt alone. However, Ryuga, Kazumi, and Gentoku appear before Sento started fighting with Evolt, and assure him that this is just as much their fight as
it inedible.is his fight before they transform together as a group.
