This culminates in Ryan giving her a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech on how she never considers her actions or consequences and then leaves the problems she causes unresolved without even apologizing for them.

* ArmorPiercingResponse: According to Kez, Jeremy apparently wasn't really listening to her when she tries to console him that the deaths of his sister and mother weren't his fault. As such, she told him something that got his number down to zero: "You may live here, but you're still trapped in that fog."

** Jeremy went home after Kez convinced him that the deaths of his wife and son in a car crash wasn't his fault.

* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Kez explains how she accidentally got Jeremy's number down to 0 when she comforted him over the death of his family, resulting in him getting his door and leaving the Train, and by extension Morgan. She acts like it was a mistake because it cost Morgan her closest friend, even though passengers are ''supposed'' to get their numbers to 0. And Jeremy must have chosen to go through the door.
