* KickTheSonOfABitch: Astrid freaking out [[AbusiveParents Spitelout]] by having Stormfly shoot an apple off her head.

After a surprise attack on Berk destroys her home, Astrid decides to train an auxiliary dragon crew. As the training commences Hiccup starts to worry that Astrid might not being dealing with her emotions healthily.

* AwesomeButImpractical: Tuffnut teaching Smidvarg and the other Night Terrors to roll over, shake and fetch slippers. Hiccup and Astrid point out that the Night Terrors defend Dragon's Edge and house pet tricks aren't helpful in that regard.
