----

The TARDIS, inside the Time Vortex, is being chased by something. The Doctor assumes the pursuer to be hostile until she realizes it's a teleport pulse, and slows the ship to allow it inside. It's a creepy-looking robot carrying a package, which the Doctor happily identifies as the Kerblam! Man. She takes the package, and the robot departs. As Graham quips about space postmen, the Doctor notes she hasn't ordered anything recently, opening the box to reveal a [[Characters/DoctorWhoEleventhDoctor fez]]. She puts the hat on and asks her friends how she looks. Yaz, examining the packing slip, discovers a message on the back: "HELP ME". So the Doctor takes her friends to Kerblam!'s headquarters, the warehouse moon of Kandoka. Ryan's comment about feeling like he's back at work inspires the Doctor to have her and her friends go undercover as new hires, and the psychic paper claims they're related to a First Lady while the Doctor adds their information to the computers. Entering the warehouse, the companions find the Kerblam! robots, stationed everywhere, creepy, and the Doctor tells them off for being "robophobic".
