* Too dumb to live: it never occurred to the victims that Luther was only serving fifteen years for assault meaning in other words he'd get out of jail on parole in fifteen years before he killed them once gang members from his old gang started getting arrested for drug dealing and other crimes they obviously know he kills people for considering they had to have known they'd pay there respects to him and Rick doesn't even bother denying his actions to his brother despite clearly having heard that he cares about the neighborhood
[[Evill cannot comprehend good]] none of the victims seem to understand for some weird reason that Luther actually cares for his family's neighborhood and that he actually meant what he said something his own fails to understand for some weird reason despite having spent time with him and lived in that exact same neighborhood.
