She's driven primarily by [[TheHedonist hedonistic impulse]] outside of her vendetta against [[BigBad M. Bison]], almost resembles a HormoneAddledTeenager through her [[CombatSadomasochist perverted approach to fighting]], and loves to [[IShallTauntYou hurl taunts and other insults]] at other characters or [[{{Troll}} mess with them for her own amusement]]. By the time of ''VideoGame/StreetFighter6'', she's developed an OralFixation for lollipops, and one of her round win animations has her simply laugh at her defeated opponent so hard she falls to the floor. With all of that said, it's somewhat PlayedForDrama, with her DarkAndTroubledPast of losing her parents and left eye to M. Bison's machinations at merely fifteen likely precluded her from properly maturing on an emotional level.

He gets much ''much'' worse over the course of the two seasons and, by the end, either fully embraces the iconic role of Joker or a [[HeroWithAnFInGood warped]] "[[WellIntentionedExtremist Vigilante Joker]]" based on the choices made by the player.]]

[[spoiler:His true self in ''Central Fiction'', Susano'o, is more of a downplayed example: He's much more composed in delivering his sadism, but his motivation boils down to not liking how he's designated as a custodian/servant of Master Unit Amaterasu, so he wants to recreate the whole world in his image: Despair is still the only truth, but he's less about being considered the most awesome, instead wanting to be the most ''feared'', so people will still be in despair cowering at the display of his sheer might. Which means, Terumi is an exaggeration of Susano'o's cold sadism.]]
