** [[EvilOverlord Wong Yunfat]] from ''Anime/MobileFighterGGundam'' is one of the rare MagnificentBastard versions, as well as a Type C. He ''loves'' [[SweetTooth eating chocolate]] and is seen in his pajamas as well as leaning on a giant teddybear at one point, and some of his reactions [[ThisCannotBe to being]] [[VillainousBreakdown in a disadvantage]] [[SpoiledBrat can be seen as very childish]]... but Wong's own [[TheChessmaster cunning plans and back-up plans]] make him far smarter and more ruthless than the average PSM.

* Jashin of ''Manga/DropkickOnMyDevil'' is a [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld thousand year old lamia]], and yet acts immature and childish often manipulating Medusa into providing her with money solely to entertain herself. Aside from that, she spends a duration of the series trying to kill Yurine, and event fantasizes about bloodily killing her while laughing like a toddler.

* Akio, the primary villain of ''Anime/RevolutionaryGirlUtena'' is an interestingly high-functioning take on this. Outwardly, he's dapper, affable, and debonair. [[BitchInSheepsClothing Underneath that]], he's a scheming ManipulativeBastard with grandiose plans who's all but stated to be a rapist. But underneath ''that'', it becomes apparent that despite looking in his 20s and [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld evidently being far older than that,]] he's ultimately just a hedonistic SpoiledBrat who's picking on people smaller than him and treating them like toys, as a kind of childish ideal of the big-man-on-campus, refusing to learn a lesson or mature. According to the creators, this is even why he's associated with [[CoolCar a fancy-looking red corvette that he enjoys riding on the hood of]]; a car like that, for all its power, is ultimately just a big expensive toy for a guy who never grew up. (It's not like he can actually drive it anywhere.)

** America tends to [[RonTheDeathEater get this treatment]] in DarkFic he shows up in...

** General Blue technically qualifies. Although he has [[SorryImGay other reasons]] for disliking Bulma, his exact reaction regarding Bulma's attempts at seducing him is extremely similar to a little kid not wanting to interact with the opposite gender due to a fear of cooties.

* Exaggerated in ''Manga/{{Servamp}}''. Tsurugi is a pretty on point example. For starters, while doing paperwork, Tsurugi rarely does actual work and prefers to frantically beg For forgiveness and often does origami with the sheets. When he does do the work he writes it entirely in hiragana as a small child would. In a chapter where he's shown eating dinner, he has his legs brought up next to him and when he's finished, he leaves what appears to be food all around his plate as though a toddler had been eating there. A little more on the scary side is that due to his magic causing him to become unstable (if he wasn't already), Tsurugi becomes unable to remember if he is either seventeen or twenty-three when his real age is twenty-six. He also is fond of giving everyone nicknames, mainly by shortening their first name and adding the suffix 'chan'. Tsurugi has been shown to enjoy pranking people in dangerous ways, such as climbing into Mahiru and Kuro's room, jumping onto their table from an air vent and suddenly pointing guns at them. When [[spoiler:The Mother invites him to become her eve, he suddenly begins crying like a kid]]. Later, his spirit exits his body and takes the shape of a small boy, referencing his mental state. Just remember, he is one of the most dangerous C3 magicians who regularly shows little concern for others and loves fighting vampires.

* Vincent Nightray from ''Manga/PandoraHearts'' might as well be the king of this trope due to his nasty habit or slicing up dolls with scissors and [[spoiler:causing the tragedy of Sabrie]]. There's also the Will of the Abyss, a whimsical and childlike being that rules over the hellish alternate reality of the Abyss. She veers wildly between moods, acting like an innocent little girl one moment and casually plucking a man's eye out the next moment. [[spoiler: It's because she once shattered her own mind and memories to protect her sister and Oz, leaving her completely insane]].

** The Demon Guards of Impel Down, four bizarre Zoan users seem more animal then man but like to goof on each other and cower whenever their officer Sadi-chan is angry like them like children to an angry mom. They are also extremely sadistic, and love the brutalize prisoners.

** [[spoiler:Black Zetsu is a Type B. His whole motivation in a nutshell can be described as the desire to be reunited with his mother and does not matter that due to this suffering a lot of people because they are only part of the story which he created for the revival of his mother. Naruto even lampshaded this, calling him a child clinging to his mother's side even after millennia of living.]]

** [[spoiler:McGillis Fareed]] of Anime/MobileSuitGundamIronBloodedOrphans is a tragic literal example. His horrifying childhood left him with a profound LackOfEmpathy and emotionally stunted him at about eight years old, leaving him with a child's simplistic view of the world and ensuring that he could only really emotionally connect with people of his own mental age (like his child-bride in an ArrangedMarriage). He manages to rise remarkably high off the back of a MaskOfSanity, a powerful adoptive parent, and a couple of things he's genuinely good at (like piloting HumongousMecha), but most of the second season consists of the rest of the cast learning how little there is to him underneath it all... often after they'd invested way too much in his supposed competence.
* Machina of ''Manga/HayateTheCombatButler''. He nearly kills Hayate, even stating it wouldn't be murder, and later on he turns into a [[OneWingedAngel giant snake]]. He also Gets very excited when his master gives him money to get something to eat and orders 100 hamburgers all at once.

** In the side materials, it's strongly implied that there's a pretty good reason for this: [[spoiler:seventeen-year-old Nena was kept in stasis almost from birth... and only woke up around ''seven'' years before the series starts. As such, her mental psyche isn't the same age as her physical body and she's a little girl in the body of a teenager]]; such stuff does a LOT in the mental/emotional maturity of '''anyone'''.

* Gates from ''Lightnovel/FullMetalPanic'' is a mysterious man [[EstablishingCharacterMoment whose first act was to get rid of the subordinate who argued with him by kicking him out of an helicopter]]. An extremely volatile man with a ridiculous [[TriggerHappy]] attitude, Gates seems to enjoy big explosions and being cruel to people like a child likes crushing their toys, but with the difference of being 40 years old and not even bothering to hide it one bit.

** Envy in the manga/Brotherhood, another ArtificialHuman of 175 years old is a sadistic, misanthropic psychopath who often acts even less mature than the teenage hero Edward. They're arrogant, impulsive, petty, sarcastic, gloat about the atrocities they've committed like a [[TeensAreMonsters juvenile delinquent or bully]], become a whiny DirtyCoward and throw tantrums when they're outmatched, and of course they’re [[InferioritySuperiorityComplex extremely insecure]]. They also pick a young, cute [[ShapeshifterDefaultForm preferred form]], and their [[TechnicallyNakedShapeshifter “outfit”]] choice looks like they would shop at Hot Topic. Envy is a downplayed case in the [[Anime/FullmetalAlchemist 2003 anime]], where [[GenderFlip he's]] a lot more competent and confident than his manga counterpart, but he's even more of a murderous psychopathic bastard. He's also got the motivation of [[spoiler:being abandoned by his father Hohenheim]] and has the lifelong goal of murdering him, which can certainly come off as juvenile; especially when he throws a tantrum when [[spoiler:Dante]] incorrectly tells him [[spoiler:Hohenheim has died]], meaning he didn't get to kill him.

** Envy in the manga/Brotherhood, another ArtificialHuman of 175 years old is a sadistic, misanthropic psychopath who often acts even less mature than the teenage hero Edward. * Diva from ''Anime/BloodPlus'' is a very depraved type B. For example, in episode 24, she bites young Riku and drinks his blood, then childishly laughs and jumps around in a white and blue PimpedOutDress when caught by the heroes, before she captures Saya herself and almost kills her. [[spoiler:Later, she will ''rape and kill'' Riku to impregnate herself.]]

* ''Manga/DragonBall'':

** Even in his perfect form, he had a giant VillainousBreakdown when Gohan completely surpass him after reaching Super Saiyan 2. He tries to destroy the Earth with a giant Kamehameha. When that fails, he actually screams like a child.

** At this point, it's probably easier to say that, with few exceptions, ''every'' ''Dragon Ball'' villain is like this at some point because [[SoreLoser they refuse to believe that the heroes could possibly be better than them]].

** Gluttony is a ridiculously strong ArtificialHuman with the temperament and intelligence of a young boy, and stuck in the infant phase of [[ExtremeOmnivore wanting to shove everything in his mouth.]] Throughout most of the series, he's reliant on his "keeper" Lust to do the thinking for him (his main input being to ask her if he can eat people). He sees her like his mother and [[spoiler:when she dies, the poor guy suffers a nervous breakdown.]]
** Envy, another ArtificialHuman has the mentality of a [[TeensAreMonsters sadistic, misanthropic teenage delinquent]] in the manga/Brotherhood. They’re impulsive, arrogant, catty, petty, [[KickTheDog torment]] people with a ShapeshifterGuiltTrip whenever they get the chance, throw tantrums and become a DirtyCoward when things don’t go their way, and of course they’re [[InferioritySuperiorityComplex extremely insecure]]. Their [[ShapeshifterDefaultForm preferred form]] is also adolescent-looking and cute, and their [[TechnicallyNakedShapeshifter “outfit”]] choice looks like they would shop at Hot Topic, making it easy to forget they’re centuries old.

* Tongpu from the ''Anime/CowboyBebop'' episode "Pierrot Le Fou" is an unstoppable killing machine who is terrified of cats and reveals his childlike nature upon being wounded by Spike. Exposition explains earlier on that this mad, efficient killer was [[{{Tykebomb}} the result of experiments to turn him into what he is today]], but the experiments had the unintended side effect of regressing his mind, and Jet remarks (paraphrasing Freud) that [[KidsAreCruel "there is nothing so pure and cruel as a child"]]. His reaction to Spike's attack is the first time we truly grasp just how far back he's gone.

** [[NationsAsPeople Russia]] started off as a [[UsedToBeASweetKid genuinely nice kid who just wanted friends]]...[[FreudianExcuse then his brutal childhood and history of bullying, tragedies, wars and forced servitude cracked his mentality to become this]]. Now as an adult, he's extremely powerful and still has all the innocence and cruelty of a child. He desires friends as much as he did when he was little, but now he's [[ManipulativeBastard manipulative]], self-centered, [[{{Yandere}} aggressively possessive]] and just plain creepy. He masks both his pain and insanity by [[StepfordSmiler smiling]] and [[CuteAndPsycho acting sweet and nice]] until he gets ambitious or something pisses him off, and he switches moods at the drop of a hat. He has also found amusement in tormenting those weaker than him and watching the other nations fight.

** [[DomesticAbuser Akito]]. He's essentially the same at age 19 as he was when he was little - a spoiled brat with a god complex and a crippling fear of abandonment. [[spoiler:This is because '''[[GenderReveal she]]''' was horribly abused from ''before'' birth by her mother, who forcibly raised her as a boy due to petty jealousy and drilled in her mind the idea that nobody loved her, nobody respected her, and everyone would abandon her, which caused Akito to snap when she was in her early teens and become the BigBad.]]
