He can't bully them like he could back home, and Roark intends to change that. Many in his own house walk on eggshells around him. There is one cop he gets on with-Nikolai Bulygin, who brutally enforces "justice" or more accurately making up whatever rules he can just because he's powerful. He's happy to help Senator Roark in putting the "lawless bugs" (read:honest cops and those that get in his way) in their supposed place.

* Tired of relying in the Powerpuff Girls, he once tried to be a hero in his own right. It backfired due to [[KnightTemplar treating even the smallest transgressions as worthy of a boxing glove]], forcing the girls to save the city from him. The House of Pantheon/{{Justice}} has told him not to get involved, though Roscoe P Coltrane understands where he's coming from due to his own LawfulStupid nature.

* Tyrion couldn't help but try and humiliate his father by revealing that he visited [[Pantheon/EstablishmentsAndInstallations the Succubus District]] as he had privately visited brothels after his wife died, [[{{Hypocrite}} despite being disdainful of Tyrion's open visits to brothels]]. Tywin has defended this apparent hypocrisy by saying there's a difference between [[CovertPervert privately slaking one's lust]] and being open about it: being open about it hurts one's reputation. Tyrion only retorted that this was among the ''least'' hypocritical things he's done. Following TV's Cersei destruction of the Sept of Baelor Tywin has been further vexed, however critics were quick to point out his EvenEvilHasStandards is [[{{Hypocrite}} hypocritical]] given the Rains of Castemere; the real difference is that his FamilyExtermination was methodical and successful, while Cersei's slaughter [[StupidEvil was desperate madness]].

* Visits the House of Commerce with the intention of expanding his influence there. Of course, Littlefinger makes himself scarce whenever Tywin is in the area. He is smart enough to give Smaug a wide berth, as there are rumors going around that he is in cahoots with Daenerys Targaryen. Unfortunately for him, those rumors turned out to be very true, as not only did the daughter of the Mad King have ascended, but she has become allies with Smaug. Tywin is well-liked by the high-class nobility and rich folk there because his reforms benefit them...and the commoners hate Tywin because like much of the Westerosi nobility he's monstrously elitist.

* The other (actually heroic) Joker agrees with the sentiment that Tywin Lannister is both a product and perpetuator of [[InherentInTheSystem a corrupt system]]...and it's why Westeros ''desperately'' needs a societal clean-up. Tywin is well aware of [[HeelFaceBrainwashing how the Phantom Thieves deal with people like him]], [[NeverMyFault and given he refuses to see himself in the wrong]] his immense {{Pride}} has created a Palace worthy of [[CorruptPolitician Masaoyshi Shido]]. And like Shido, he is honestly willing [[BetterToDieThanBeKilled to risk suicide rather than let them]] [[FateWorseThanDeath ruin him]]. He has sent out a hit on them, only for a hit to be sent out on him from the Heroic Protectors of Family: [[BewareTheNiceOnes their anger at his appalling parenting skills has hit a boiling point]]. [[PapaWolf Being a loving dad, Bryan Mills hates him too]].

* Ascended to the Pantheon after suffering a terminal case of crossbow bolt to the bowels thanks to his youngest son (and also proving once and for all [[BrickJoke that he does not shit gold]]). Tyrion had hoped he'd be tormented by the ghosts of Tarbeck and Reyne, as for all his posturing of the importance of family honor [[AbusiveParents he's an awful parent]]...''especially'' to Tyrion because he believes in the MaternalDeathBlameTheChild trope. The straw that broke the camel's back was learning the "whore" he fell in love for was genuine, and Tywin forced Tyrion [[RapeByProxy to participate in the gangrape he ordered]]...[[DisproportionateRetribution because he refused to accept he'd marry a lowborn]]. Though he's committed many ruthless political acts, [[MoralEventHorizon this was personally atrocious]]. Unsurprisingly, even when those in Westeros work with him he's not the best of allies.

* Him and Mayor Willkins may be [[MayorPain unpleasant mayors]], but in completely different ways. Willkins has disdain for his boozing, lecherous, sleazy nature, and Quimby bemoans him as being "[[AffablyEvil an evil]] [[FamilyValuesVillain Ned Flanders]]. This is primarily Quimby's beef, given Willkins polite nature, and in spite of everything they aren't enemies and [[EvenEvilHasStandards share a disgust]] for the Roarks. However this still doesn't stop Mayor Quimby from claiming he has the moral high ground

* Believes only the strongest will survive, which sometimes puts him at odds with majority of other gods. While his policies are similar to Lucifer's, he was not officially endorsed or allied with the Morningstar for a while due to being Law aligned. Lucifer ultimately pointed out that he doesn't care about the methods, but the outcome. Despite Armstrong's Lawful appearance, his ultimate goal is purely Chaotic: becoming the ruler to destroy all the rules is something Lucifer has no problem with. [[OhCrap As such, when he offered a seat amongst the]] [[Pantheon/GUACLordsOfChaos Lords of Chaos]] [[OhCrap to Armstrong, the senator decided to take him up on his offer]], taking the Seat of [[UnstoppableRage Wrath]].
** Wholeheartedly approves of [[spoiler:Homura's actions during The Great Upheaval]], saying that she's doing exactly what he's advertising, fighting her own war. Needless to say, this didn't bring him any favors within the Pantheon.

* If you think Tywin can't take a joke, you don't know the half of it. Somewhat understandably given how his father became a laughing stock, Tywin inherently distrusts laughter and the number of times he's smiled [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes outside of with his wife]] are astronomically low. Unsurprisingly he doesn't like the Joker, however it's not just because of his "dark comedy" or [[EvenEvilHasStandards even Tywin thinking what he's done is sick]]; the Joker's chaotic, nihilistic viewpoints are antithetical to his rigid, aristocratic views on society. For similar reasons he is creeped out by Johan Liebert, however he also thinks [[Pantheon/HeroicArchetypes Bruce Wayne]] and [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions Kenzo Tenma]] are idiots [[WhyDontYouJustShootHim for not just shooting them]]. While the former hero did admit he's doubted at times, he countered by saying [[EvilCannotComprehendGood Tywin doesn't understand the point of a no-kill rule in the first place]].
