Apocalypse personally thinks that the Hawks may be useful if they become part of his Four Horsemen and only expresses disappointment that they wouldn't. Still, he has some issues with their Thanagarian tech, with Apocalypse believing that those materials may be able to cause significant harm to him. Regardless, Apocalypse has remained a threat that the Hawks are on a constant lookout for in the event he stirs up a war or conflict of some kind as he did with Khandaq.

To a certain degree he's shown a soft spot for Dex-Starr, as he seems to understand its rage.
