* Rudolph became good friends with Queen Anna, her older sister Elsa and the living snowman Olaf. The former initially was a tough sell, due to her cryokinetic powers, but then they started talking. He learned of Elsa having to hide her talent under her parent's instructions, just as his parents once did, as well as being ostricized by the public once it was discovered. Elsa often makes it her duty to provide a white Christmas for the Pantheon, and is more than happy to help Rudolph by keeping the worst storms at bay. Anna meanwhile loves to prepare and throw extravagant parties around the holiday season, and she likes to invite Rudolph over to entertain the kids, not to mention giving another reindeer friend to her fiance Kristoff and his faithful caribou Sven. As for Olaf? Rudolph gets along with him because, in a way, he reminds the deer a great deal of Frosty the Snowman.
* He once had a nasty run-in with the Wendigo, a flesh-eating monster whose sharp teeth and piercing call reminded the buck of the Abominable Snow Monster of the North. Hell, even most of the other [[TheCaligula insane rulers]] [[EvenEvilHasStandards don't like him]], though with [[Pantheon/TyrannicalFigures Sauron]] it's because "[[PragmaticVillainy he's suicidally]] [[TheCaligula nucking futs]]." His leader [[Pantheon/{{Villainy}} Melkor]], however, [[ArsonMurderAndAdmiration had some brewskies with him for]] [[DystopiaJustifiesTheMeans being so cruel to his subjects]].
** He might have made [[VideoGame/MegamanX4 Sigma's words to turn the Repliforce against mankind a bit too prophetic]] but even Sigma himself can't stand him. We'll never know whether it's a momentary resurgence of his old self about trying to make a better world for Reploids or it's just his megalomaniacal self not wanting competition (he's no better anyway), but if he's put in the same room with Weil, both will try to kill each other. Of course, best not to listen what they had to ramble (Weil using Sigma as the real reason why Reploids needs to be enslaved, Sigma using Weil as the reason why HumansAreTheRealMonsters), either way, that won't justify their megalomania.
** Disapproves of how Dolores Umbridge garners hatred, as [[HateSink being hated out of sheer bitchiness]] isn't in his style; he prefers [[DystopiaJustifiesTheMeans extravagance]] to gain anger. Weil also has a low opinion on [[Pantheon/{{Family}} Scar]], as his ZeroPercentApprovalRating [[FisherKing was through incompetence]] [[BadBoss and apathy]] rather than cruelty.
** Frieza, most likely [[EvilIsPetty to screw with the heroes]], is trying to help him maintain his power base. He'll remind him, however, [[EvilerThanThou that he'll strike him down if the evil scientist ever goes against him]].
** Atrocitus also dislikes him, because in his eyes, Weil is no different from the guardians of the universe: Vile, Selfish and Genocidal. Also, the fact that he draws upon the power of rage, which Weil constantly rubs in his face because Weil enjoys and gets off from the rage and hatred of others and hates humanity. In turn, Atrocitus has made sure that Weil never gets his hand on a red lantern ring, because while Weil DOES have enough hatred in his heart to use one, he thinks of the mad scientist as a [[CompleteMonster complete monster]] and that giving him a red ring would be a VERY bad idea.
** Sinestro has the same opinion of him as Atrocitus, therefore the situation is the same: Weil DOES have the ability to instill great fear, but Sinestro will never allow him to wield a yellow ring, for the same reasons.
** Weil may also be greedy, ambitious and selfish enough to wield an orange lantern ring, but Larfleeze also won't allow him to enter his corps. Of course, this isn't surprising, because Larfleeze never shares the orange light with anyone.
