* The second half of "Bowser Junior's Sleepover". That is when [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Chica]] emerges from nowhere, murders Joseph and inflicts fear on Junior and Cody, ''[[DisproportionateRetribution just because Junior offended the game]]'' while he and his friends were playing it. Not to mention that she {{Jump Scare}}s the viewer at the end.

* "Chef Pee Pee Quits! Part 5" is basically SML's take on [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys FNaF]]. Anyway, Chef Pee Pee becomes the new night guard at Freddy Fazbear's pizza. When Chef Pee Pee walks around the restaurant because he's bored, he gets into the kitchen and finds ''two severed arms in a pool of blood''. In fact, the whole episode is very atmospheric. There is no music, it's dark, and the only sounds that can be heard are Chef Pee Pee's talking and Freddy's music box.

* The ''Charleyyy and Friends'' skit in "Bowser Junior's Halloween Problem!", in where Charleyyy's baby gets turned into a monster, Chef Pee Pee tricks Junior into thinking that he killed his friends, and it ends with the [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Freddy Fazbear's puppets]] appearing out of nowhere in Junior's room to attack him.

* Bowser Junior's NightmareSequence in "Bowser Junior's Flu Shot".

* "The Purge!" is just as scary as the movie, if not more.

* "The Tarantula!" is terrifying, at least for viewers with arachnophobia.

* "Bowser Junior's 8th Birthday!" is ''not'' the type of birthday episode you would expect it to be, compared to "Jeffy's Birthday!". Because Bowser forgot to book a birthday party for Junior at Chuck E. Cheese's thanks to his short attention span, he gets Chef Pee Pee to book one at [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Freddy Fazbear's]]. [[{{Squick}} Junior and his friends are served a pizza topped with eyeballs and fingers, the apple bobbing tank has an arm, eyeballs, and a brain inside,]] and Joseph, Cody, Chef Pee Pee and Brooklyn T. Guy get eaten by the animatronics, one of which gives a JumpScare at the end.

* "Netflix and Kill", where Junior and his friends watch a movie on Netflix named ''Netflix and Kill''; Junior shows affections for the movie, confident that a "girl" shall interact with him, despite Joseph and Cody trying to prove that the movie can kill you. The horrible truth about ''Netflix and Kill'' is that it's the SML version of ''[[Literature/TheRing The Ring]]''. Thankfully, there's a loophole: if the TV is paused, the ghost will freeze and cannot attack them. [[NiceJobBreakingItHero But then Chef Pee Pee, while on break, unpauses the TV...]]

** We finally find out what's in the door--all 25 of the dead people, like theorized. Not just dead, but mutilated like something out of [[Film/{{Hellraiser}} Hellraiser]]; it's so horrifying that even [[TooDumbToLive Jeffy]] realizes how horrifying it is. But then, we find out that, supposedly, ''Brooklyn T. Guy'' was the killer. And not only did he kidnap and threaten to kill Mario, Rosalina and Jeffy, but he also revealed that he was faking his jobs, and the people he murdered were the actual employees. Except that it was actually Brooklyn's brother, [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast Does Bad Things Guy]]. Also, the reason why the door was banging was because '''someone was still alive in there''', only to die as soon as Jeffy opened the door.

* "Jeffy Has Kids!":
** You would either find Brooklyn T. Guy eating afterbirth funny, or -- when compared to real life -- [[{{Squick}} disturbing]]. It's just Cheerios afterbirth, but still.
** [[HumanoidAbomination Jeffy Junior.]] That is all.

* "The Huckerdoos!" introduce's Marvin's new titular neighbors'. While things look all sunny and 1950's remniniscent on the surface, the moment the kids start singing their father [[BewareTheNiceOnes suddenly loses his shit]] at them, revealing the insanely controlling person he is [[StepfordSmiler behind that pearly smile.]]

* The ending of "The Grimace Shake!" is both a mixture of this and [[PlayedForLaughs played for laughs]]. In the video, Grimace kills anybody [[BerserkButton who drinks the Grimace Shake]]. After Grimace tries to kill Junior, Brooklyn Guy is given no other choice but to shoot Grimace. The whole thing is done off-screen, which makes it a bit more jarring, as we're treated to nothing but the sounds of Grimace's final moments, the gunshots and Brooklyn Guy's anguished screams as he's [[KilltheOnesYouLove forced to kill his best friend]]. Pablo and Anthony's voice acting in this scene doesn't help matters at all, making the scene all the more intense.
* "Attack Of The Nuns"; after Brooklyn Guy is shot in the face, one of the titular nun's shows Brooklyn's corpse directly at the camera, showing his bloody blown up face.
* When you have videos based on a horror game [[Franchise/FiveNightsAtFreddys Five Nights at Freddy's]], it leads toward this range, as Jeffy and Brooklyn serve as night guards, and it is what you expect from the Five Nights at Freddy's games, the animatronics attempt to kill them with their usual method.

** Part three of the series is arguably the darkest one in the series so far, due to it's more in-your-face jumpscares and the backstory. In the video, it is revealed that Springtrap was Mr. Winkle and explains that a long time ago, he dressed up as Springtime Bonnie and killed five children in a blind rage after being refused a hug. What makes matters worse is that one of them [[DiedOnTheirBirthday died on their birthday]] and the deaths are shown [[SoundOnlyDeath off-screen, leaving their deaths, other than their terrified screams to the imagination.]] Most likely, he killed them by [[CruelAndUnusualDeath throwing them to the floor at full speed face first.]] And for each slam, another kid stops screaming until no more screams are heard. Wow.

* Even though it's PlayedForLaughs, the segment where Junior tests out a set of real-life human teeth in "Junior's Teeth" is uncanny valley at best. Even Brooklyn Guy is immediately unnerved and instantly regrets doing the operation and when Junior asks Joseph for feedback, the latter appropriately screams in terror. Not helped that the thumbnail has Junior with the human teeth in question.

** For one, she is a chillingly realistic example of a [[WouldHurtAChild child abuser.]] She is directly responsible for Jeffy's behavior, having beaten and tortured him for an unknown number of years, and deliberately abandoned him. Unlike other antagonists who, while evil and/or abusive have redeeming traits or are PlayedForLaughs, Nancy is played [[KnightOfCerebus dead seriously]].

** '''Everything''' about [[NightmareFuelStationAttendant Does Bad Things Guy]] (excluding his name) is horrifying. He is without question the most terrifying villain in any SML video.

* "Joseph's Mom!" is completely and utterly shocking. It initially starts off as a normal SML Movie, with a few ''WesternAnimation/BigHero6'' and Cody's mom jokes here and there, but then [[NightmareFuelStationAttendant Joseph]] suddenly shows up, having dressed up as the guy who killed his mom. He then claims that he had murdered his mom with a hammer in his sleep after she grounded him and took his Xbox controller. As if ''that'' wasn't enough, Cody, not knowing what to do, calls Officer Brooklyn T. Guy on Joseph, and Brooklyn does an investigation at Joseph's rundown house, [[WhamShot only to notice a price tag on Joseph's mom's skeleton, revealing it to be a fake.]] He then locates Joseph's mom, and she arrives at the house to tell Joseph the truth: after she had grounded Joseph, she [[RagsToRiches realized that she had won the lottery]] and [[FakingTheDead faked her death]] by buying a plastic skeleton, and eventually she [[ParentalAbandonment abandoned Joseph to start a new life]]. After this, she [[AbusiveParents disowns her son]] and leaves him behind. In complete denial, Joseph believes that his mom is just joking and goes home, while Junior can only watch in pity, as Joseph sits on the couch all by himself, waiting for his mom to come home and give him a big hug.

* "Jeffy's Foster Home!": Brooklyn's other twin, [[InsaneEqualsViolent Makes Bad Decisions Guy]] is a spastic cannibal who lives with a hockey masked chainsaw wielding killer named Tim. That alone is terrifying enough, but attempting to '''cannabilize''' Jeffy [[DisproportionateRetribution for refusing to eat a severed arm]], combined with the dilapidated condition of his house and the horrific abuse he puts the poor kid through, makes him even worse. It didn't help that Brooklyn put him there under the guise of "foster care" to try to [[ScareEmStraight scare him straight]]. The end result has Jeffy '''begging''' Mario to forgive him for his misdeeds.

* In the end of the last two Jeffy Ball Z episodes, Brooklyn Guy steals Jeffy’s wish both times, but it also [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor backfires both times]] [[LaserGuidedKarma he fights Jeffy]], but at the end of episode 3, when he steals Jeffy’s wish for the ''[[RuleOfThree third time in a row]]'', he wishes for even better powers than his previous ones he got in the last episode, leading to this horrific moment:
