This is a little misleading, as it implies an official Japanese title that the series doesn't have ("Story of Evil" is, officially, the title of mothy's non-Evillious youth novels)—it's more often referred to as the 悪ノ大罪 series in Japanese, or even more commonly just the 悪ノ series. —The の is also always written in katakana as ノ.

The Evillious Chronicles, also known as the Story of Evil (悪の物語), is a dark-fantasy multi-media franchise created by the Japanese Music/{{Vocaloid}} producer Akuno-P, or "Music/{{mothy}}." Although mothy started the series by releasing songs with simplistic one-picture videos such as "Wordplay" and "The Daughter of Evil", as his popularity and budget boomed he's produced more varied [=PVs=] of much higher quality and using more Vocaloids. "Wordplay", his first known Evillious song, was released in March 2008.
