* Back Dimensional Count Radiguet is without question the worst CompleteMonster in Super Sentai history, Radiguet is a Sadistic AxCrazy Genocidal maniac with megalomaniacal fantasies of ruling the Vyram under an iron fisted Dictatorship, When Juza his boss and the true BigBad Arrived he planned to overthrow her but that failed when it looked like he would become good because of a sick girl who became his MoralityPet while he had amnesia whom he cured unknowingly he turned her offer to turn good by killing her and this was all because she believed he could feel love,he's also the one who [[spoiler:brainwashed Rie into being Maria]] for no other reason ForTheEvulz, his most repulsive KickTheDog moment was when he killed her after she snapped back to being Rie and before that planned to turn her into a vampiric creature, there's also the part where he torture [[spoiler:Tranza till he became insane and was left at the door of an asylum]] Truly a vile piece of scum.** As Jetman is considered a DarkerAndEdgier sentai, a human CompleteMonster can be found in the form of Commander Ichijou. As a military general, he was driven by {{Envy}} of Commander Aya and founded the Neo Jetman team and had them replace the actual Jetman. Then he proceeds to treat his Neo Jetman team as expendables, sending them on dangerous missions and not letting them retreat until they finish the mission, practically sending them to die while he rests easy in his office. When the Neo Jetman found out that the original Jetman can recover, he purposely lied that recovery is impossible so the Jetman can be officially expelled and he can make Aya suffer his 'humiliation' of not being selected for being a commander in the past. In other words, as long as his superiority is assured, he doesn't care what needs to be sacrificed, including other humans. Radiguet did once say HumansAreBastards...he may be partially right if Ichijou existed.

His main justification is that 'Anyone else not a member of Vyram are like bugs that deserve to be squashed,' and even amongst Vyram members, he's still plotting to rule them all. When the former Vyram Empress Juza arrives, Radiguet quickly becomes TheStarscream, though that backfired for awhile, which turned him into an amnesiac human, gaining a MoralityPet; but when he remembers his past, he returned to his usual self; and when his MoralityPet calls him out that he could still be human and able to love...he turns her offer down by killing her, saying that there is no way in hell he could love, which he considers 'a disgusting human activity.' Oh, and he's also the one who [[spoiler:brainwashed Ryuu's lover Rie into becoming one of the Vyram elites, Maria]], for no reason than probably ForTheEvulz. And when [[spoiler:she regained her senses and backstabbed Radiguet, he retaliated by killing her, but not just because he wants to punish traitors, but majorly because [[IfICantHaveYou he just wants to give the middle finger to Ryuu/Red Hawk by robbing him of the joy of his long-awaited reunion with Rie.]]]] Radiguet may lack the NightmareFuel-tastic qualities from the future Sentai villains, but if there's one thing he had over them, it would be his high level of dastardliness and despicability.

* Bruajira of The Messiah, a Manipulative Bastard of the highest order, for starters he was a Gosei Angel until he decided that power was the only thing to live for, he killed and cannibalized his FRIENDS! just for that and then went back in time in order to take over earth, he was also a double crossing SOB who betrayed 4 seperate evil factions (Gedoshou from Goseiger vs. Shinkenger included), However YMMV, since he does have traits of a Magnificent Bastard

* Bruajira of The Messiah, a [[Manipulative Bastard]] of the highest order, for starters he was a Gosei Angel until he decided that power was the only thing to live for, he killed and cannibalized his FRIENDS! just for that and then went back in time in order to take over earth, he was also a double crossing SOB who betrayed 4 seperate evil factions (Gedoshou from Goseiger vs. Shinkenger included).

Whenever SuperSentai decides to go DarkerAndEdgier, expect these kinds of creeps to appear. Of course the LighterAndSofter ones might not be excluded from this...

* Underground Emperor Zeba. Tube's dictator who have absolutely no compulsion about killing or punishing his subordinate. His monstrosity is finally revealed in the final episodes where it turns out, he is [[spoiler:actually the spawn of Rizal Doggler, a malignant creature who tried to usurped the throne and was defeated by the original Tube royal family. After which he ate his dying father in order to become stronger. Driven by a seething hatred against humans from both sides of the crust, it proceeds to destroy the rest of the original family save Ial and Igam, taking over as emperor and corrupting the peaceful Tube into becoming a militaristic Crapsack World using enslaved underground humans in an attempt to reach the surface world and extend its malicious grip.]]

* Surprisingly, [[BigBad Ragorn]] looks less of a CompleteMonster in comparison to [[DarkChick Bouma Princess Jarmin]]. While she is nonetheless loyal to Ragorn, she has a really nasty things in [[ManipulativeBastard manipulating her allies' emotions]]. For instance, during an episode featuring an Ice-Fire Bouma siblings, the Ice Bouma reconsidered in not fighting the Turborangers out of concern of his brother. Jarmin's solution? Incite the Fire Bouma to try and kill off his brother. And once that's done, she combines them into one monster. Her biggest MoralEventHorizon, however, was against the Bell Chime Bouma, a female monster whose tribe was locked away by Jarmin herself inside a bell chime and threatened her to fight the Turborangers, in this case, get [[TheBigGuy Youhei/Blue Turbo]] mesmerized and alienated him from the team, or else the whole tribe is destroyed. Oh, and she still WHIPS her off when she's not seriously fighting. And when the Turborangers breaks the spell? There comes Jarmin, destroying the bell chime containing the whole tribe, in front of the Bouma herself, and KILLS her right after, THEN turn her into a giant monster for the Turborangers to fight. Yowch, nasty bitch.
** In particular, Jarmin herself being a CompleteMonster is an accomplishment amongst female Sentai villains. Usually in other Sentai series, villainesses are treated with sympathy or don't surpass the boys in terms of depravity(Shibolena,Venus etc. come to mind). If they do, like [[RescueSentaiGoGoFive Grandienne]] below, it's because of her position as the BigBad. Jarmin was merely the DarkChick, an underling, and yet she surpasses [[BigBad Ragorn]] in depravity.

* Colonel Shadam is a pretty nasty version. Responsible for many bad things in the series on top of the fact that he cares nothing for his two sons and wife, his amazingly abusive treatment to Akomaru is the ultimate proof of this. He shows zero honor at that, when Doushi Kaku showed mercy at him and the tables were turned for his side, Shadam instead uses the chance to mercilessly and brutally murder Kaku through utter CurbStompBattle. He also doesn't give one freaking shit about any of his subordinate and the fact that [[spoiler: they are clay dolls created by him and plan to discard them once they are useless for him make this even worse. For more worse, that includes ''his apparent master''. Yes. Basically, this guy gives no shit to his friends, his child, his master, HIS WHOLE FRIKKIN' RACE. It's all about him in his head.]] It's particularly cathartic when he met his demise... [[spoiler:and gets revealed that he ''too'' [[TomatoInTheMirror is a clay doll created by the original Shadam thousands of years ago]], and crumbles while begging for help to Ryou...]]

* Commander Guirail. Unlike NobleDemon Yugande, who is honorable and dislikes underhanded tactics, Guirail has absolutely no qualms about doing whatever he feels is necessary to win. His first appearance even has him using [[WouldHurtAChild CHILDREN]] as human shields. He also has no loyalty to anyone and is willing to hurt or possibly kill his comrades. Ultimately, when Guirail severely injures Yugande by using him as a Human Shield against the Megarangers, Hinelar decides to end it by offering Guirail a PsychoSerum in the guise of a power-up to turns Guirail into a mindless One-Winged Angel. Guirail is soon the first to be killed by the Megarangers' Mid Season Upgrade mecha. Seeing him writhing in agony due to the serum before getting killed by the Megarangers is quite satisfying.

* Grand Witch Grandienne, who deliberately sent her children out to die, brainwashed one to kill another on several occasions, banished one to Hell, and resurrected two of them as brainwashed zombies. As fitting of the family theme in [=GoGoFive=], Grandienne stands for everything the Tatsumi family bond [[EvilMatriarch isn't]]. [[spoiler:She has to be killed multiple times, apparently just one KarmicDeath was to kind for this monster.]]

* Captain Ryuya, Tatsuya Asami's IdenticalGrandson (give or take a few dozen 'greats') was the ultimate mastermind behind everything that occurred in the series -- from the initial escape of Don Dolneiro to Gien's insanity. In other words, he was responsible for the crisis that took place in the finale ([[spoiler:he had seen two futures -- one in which 1/3 of the 21st century is destroyed and one in which the 31st century ceases to exist]]). The worst part is why he manipulated everything that happened -- [[spoiler:because he saw that both futures would result in his demise]].

** Oh, it's even worse for Abrella: most of the Alienizers have ''some'' sort of twisted logic to justify their actions, and are shown to have some modicum of [[EvenEvilHasStandards standards]] to their deeds. Aburella, however, treats any and all crime as a business opportunity, and it doesn't matter if you're destroying entire cities, selling slaves, pawning stolen merchandise, or filming child pornography, as long as the price is right, he'll be more than happy to sell you the tools you need to further your enterprise. And his VillainousBreakdown near the end of the series? All caused merely because ''the Dekarangers were ruining his transactions''. Yes, Aburella ''himself'' caused a citywide destruction spree and nearly destroyed the whole of the Space Police ''simply so he could keep his job''. [[VideoGame/StarFox He and Pigma would get along just fine...]]

* [[MahouSentaiMagiranger Mahou Sentai Magiranger's]] Absolute God N Ma is a [[EldritchAbomination dark being described as being made of nightmares and hunger]]. Even when reduced to a giant eye in a window, he still wields undeniable authority over his minions, and once he does [[ItGetsWorse emerge...]] [[spoiler:He rips his way out of the body of a follower who'd turned good and was trying to prevent his rebirth, attacked and destroyed [[FluffyCloudHeaven Magitopia in a matter of minutes]], [[HeroKiller killed both Blagel and Sungel before dropping their corpses down before the Magirangers]], and [[HorrorHunger consuming time itself]] [[PlanetEater to reduce the Earth to a barren lifeless husk.]]]] Oh, and there's also the part where he forcibly [[MindControl brainwashed]] Magitopia's greatest hero into becoming his most loyal servant.

* Long the Immortal Dragon. His motives boiled down with "I'm Immortal. Bored. Now. Let's destroy the world for fun!". Just about every bad things that happened in the Gekiranger world (the formation of Kenma, as well as the death of Rio's family and setting him up to the dark side) can be traced down to Long's action to relieve his boredom, which includes the death and suffering of humanity, but Long gives no damn at all, for he thinks that [[AGodAmI he's an ancient being that has 'guided' humanity thus has the right to screw them over in any way he wants]].

* Fuwa Juzo was a remorseless BloodKnight to the point that even his fellow Gedoushu didn't trust him; he even only became a Gedoushu in the first place so that he could keep killing in spite of his sickness. Akumaro saw potential in him for his ability to walk the line between humanity and the Gedoushu, and sought to use him to open the gates of Hell. However, he [[KickTheSonOfABitch throws a sharp wrench into the plan]], declaring that he already knew that his sword made by Akumaro was made of his parents, and moreover, he ''didn't care''.

* It's hard to get a CompleteMonster when your boss (Warz Gill) is a GeneralFailure, and his [[BiggerBad replacement/dad]] (Ackdos Gill) [[OrcusOnHisThrone just sits down on his throne and give out normal orders like how every other normal Sentai villains behaved]]. However... [[{{Troll}} Basco ta Jolokia]] fits right in, [[SelfishEvil representing greed]] and ItsAllAboutMe to the max. The guy betrayed the Red Pirates, leaving Aka Red to his apparent demise and Marvelous alone, while stealing several of their gathered treasures under the pretense that 'you have to sacrifice something to get something else', which means that if he wants something, he sacrifices ANYTHING to get it and isn't above blackmail. [[WouldHurtAChild Children will be hurt]], [[StuffBlowingUp schools and youngsters will be blown up]], [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder allies will be betrayed]] (including the MoralityPet) for anything he wants. The cinch? He does all that with a cheery smile befitting of a {{Troll}} and doing it for profit and [[ForTheEvulz whatever fun he wants.]] Worth noting that Basco's disposition is usually cheery and jovial, but when he is the enemy of the week, the situation gets even worse than when Zangyack is the enemy of the week.

* Only 10 episodes and Enter has been gleefully entering this position. Starting from his 'attempts' to appease his [[GratuitousEnglish Majesty]] [[BigBad Messiah]] which involves causing misery as much as he likes and pulling UnwillingRoboticisation, [[WouldHurtAChild even on children]], using them as human shields in a much more frequent manner than [[DenjiSentaiMegaranger Guirail]] could even muster and on top of that, [[ForTheEvulz having a blast while doing them]] with [[FauxAffablyEvil an unabashedly relaxed, but still nasty speech pattern]] peppered with [[GratuitousFrench french]] [[FrenchJerk phrases]]. He's seriously getting like a Basco that has been around ever since the ''first episode''.

* Some of the Big Bads minion isn't far behind when it comes to their despicability. Examples include [[ChoushinseiFlashman Great Doctor Lee Keflen]]

* It's hard to get a CompleteMonster when your boss (Warz Gill) is a GeneralFailure, and his [[BiggerBad replacement/dad]] (Ackdos Gill) [[OrcusOnHisThrone just sits down on his throne and give out normal orders like how every other normal Sentai villains behaved]]. However... [[{{Troll}} Basco ta Jolokia]] fits right in, [[SelfishEvil representing greed]] and ItsAllAboutMe to the max. The guy betrayed the Red Pirates, leaving Aka Red to his apparent demise and Marvelous alone, while stealing several of their gathered treasures under the pretense that 'you have to sacrifice something to get something else', which means that if he wants something, he sacrifices ANYTHING to get it and isn't above blackmail. The guy betrayed the Red Pirates, leaving Aka Red to his apparent demise and Marvelous alone, while stealing several of their gathered treasures under the pretense that 'you have to sacrifice something to get something else', which means that if he wants something, he sacrifices ANYTHING to get it. Including threatening to let a child die if he it will get him what he wants, in that one case to get the Great Power of [=GoGoV=]. Heck, he was using the Ranger Keys he summoned to shoot the ambulance with the kid inside and would have succeed if not for Luka and Ahim shielding it. After that, ''[[WouldHurtAChild he even lowered his gun to shoot the kid]]'' before he was stopped! The cinch? He does all that ''with a cheery smile'', like the {{Troll}} he is. The worst thing is he's not even TheDragon, nor is he working for Zangyack because he's being forced. He's doing it ''for profit and [[ForTheEvulz whatever fun he wants!]]''
** He's just topped himself by trying to blow up the school that Kenta Date works at in order to get the Megarangers' Greater Power. He also had a 3,000,000 zagin bounty on his head before he even became a Red Pirate. Conversely, Captain Marvelous was at 1,500,000 zagin at the start of the series, and it took the demise of Warz Gill for Luka to get to 3,000,000 zagin. [[spoiler: In fact, not only does he eventually become wanted again thanks to his ChronicBackstabbingDisorder, but he also has his bounty increased to 10,000,000 zagin.]]
** And Basco's managed to outdo ''that'' by killing [[spoiler:his MoralityPet Sally when she tries to join the Gokaigers.]] The kicker is that he did that without any remorse WHATSOEVER. In the end, however, this [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder backstabbing bastard]] gets what he deserves when [[spoiler:[[CrowningMomentOfAwesome an injured Marvelous finally finishes Basco in 48.]]]] Still, with all that Basco's done, the bastard's firmly established himself as one of the biggest bastards in SuperSentai, alongside top evil bastards like [[ChoujinSentaiJetman Radiguet]] or [[JukenSentaiGekiranger Long]]. They certainly form up the Sentai's [[RuleOfThree Triumvirate of Complete Monsters]].

* The Hell's Gate prisoners in MiraiSentaiTimeranger were said to be the most vile and dangerous criminals of the 30th century. One whose atrocities stand out even among his peers was Emboss, a victim of a man-made contagion who refused a cure because he relished the opportunity to spread the virus to others.
* Captain Ryuya, Tatsuya Asami's IdenticalGrandson (give or take a few dozen 'greats') was the ultimate mastermind behind everything that occurred in the series -- from the initial escape of Don Dolneiro to Gien's insanity. In other words, he was responsible for the near-destruction [[Series/DoctorWho OF REALITY ITSELF!]] that took place in the finale ([[spoiler:he had seen two futures -- one in which 1/3 of the 21st century is destroyed and one in which the 31st century ceases to exist]]). The worst part is why he manipulated everything that happened -- [[spoiler:because he saw that both futures would result in his demise]].

* Sujigarano Akumaro was sinister, even for the [[AlwaysChaoticEvil Gedoushu]]. His ultimate plan was to cause sufficient suffering to drive wedges of said suffering into six precise locations, as part of a ritual to open the way to Hell so that he could taste absolute human suffering -- it should be noted that this ritual would destroy both the human world and the Sanzu River. Also, he made Fuwa Juzo's sword from [[PoweredByAForsakenChild Juzo's dead parents, whom he murdered himself]]. His monstrosity extends to even his personal Ayakashi, who seem to be more akin to living torture devices than a typical MonsterOfTheWeek.

And by that we mean, he'll go through ANYTHING, including threatening to let a child die if he it will get him what he wants, in that one case to get the Great Power of [=GoGoV=]. Heck, he was using the Ranger Keys he summoned to shoot the ambulance with the kid inside and would have succeed if not for Luka and Ahim shielding it. After that, ''[[WouldHurtAChild he even lower his gun to shoot the kid]]'' before he was stopped! The cinch? He does all that ''with a cheery smile'', like the {{Troll}} he is. They certainly form up the Sentai's [[RuleOfThree Triumvirate of Complete Monsters]].

* Radiguet is often considered the worst of the lot. [[AGodAmI He proclaims himself God]] to any dimensions he's invading and then happily commits genocide to the dimension. His main justification is that 'Anyone else not a member of Vyram are like bugs that deserve to be squashed,' and even amongst Vyram members, he's still plotting to rule them all. When the former Vyram Empress Juza arrives, Radiguet quickly becomes TheStarscream, though that backfired for awhile; which turned him into an amnesiac human, gaining a MoralityPet, but when he remembers his past, he returned to his usual self; and when his MoralityPet calls him out that he could still be human and able to love... he turns her offer down by killing her, saying that there is no way in hell he could love, which he considers 'a disgusting human activity.' Oh, and he's also the one who [[spoiler:brainwashed Ryuu's lover Rie into one of the Vyram elites Maria]], for no reason than probably ForTheEvulz. Radiguet may lack the Nightmare Fuel-tastic qualities from the future Sentai villains, but if there's one thing he had over them, it would be his high level of dastardliness and despicability.

Responsible for many bad things in the series on top of the fact that he cares nothing for his two sons and wife, his amazingly abusive treatment to Akomaru is the ultimate proof of this. He shows zero honor at that, when Doushi Kaku showed mercy at him and the tables were turned for his side, Shadam instead uses the chance to mercilessly and brutally murder Kaku through utter CurbStompBattle. He also doesn't give one freaking shit about any of his subordinate and the fact that [[spoiler: they are clay dolls created by him and plan to discard them once they are useless for him make this even worse. For more worse, that includes ''his master''. Yes. Basically, this guy gives no shit to his friends, his child, his master, HIS WHOLE FRIKKIN' RACE. It's all about him in his head.]] It's particularly cathartic when he met his demise... [[spoiler:and gets revealed that he ''too'' [[TomatoInTheMirror is a clay doll created by the original Shadam thousands years ago]], and crumbles while begging for help to Ryou...]]

* The Hell's Gate prisoners in MiraiSentaiTimeranger were said to be the most vile and dangerous criminals of the 30th century. One whose atrocities stand out was Emboss, a victim of a man-made contagion who refused a cure because he relished the opportunity to spread the virus to others.

* Long the Immortal Dragon. His motives boiled down with "I'm Immortal. Bored. Now. Let's destroy the world for fun!". Just about every bad things that happened in the Gekiranger world (the formation of Kenma, as well as the death of Rio's family and setting him up to the dark side) can be traced down to Long's action to relieve his boredom, which includes the death and suffering of humanity, but Long gives no damn at all, for he thinks that [[AGodAmI he's an ancient being that has 'guided' humanity thus has the right to screw them off in any ways he want]].

* Sujigarano Akumaro was sinister, even for the [[AlwaysChaoticEvil Gedoushu]]. His ultimate plan was to cause sufficient suffering to drive wedges of said suffering into six precise locations, as part of a ritual to open the way to Hell so that he could taste absolute human suffering -- it should be noted that this ritual would destroy both the human world and the Sanzu River. Also, he made Fuwa Juzo's sword from [[PoweredByAForsakenChild Juzo's dead parents, whom he murdered himself]]. Even his personal Ayakashi seem to be instruments of torture more than a typical MonsterOfTheWeek.

Akumaro saw potential in him for his ability to walk the line between humanity and the Gedoushu, and sought to use him to open the gates of Hell. His first appearance even has him using [[WouldHurtAChild CHILDREN]] as HumanShield. He also has no loyalty to anyone and has no qualms about hurting or possibly killing his comrades. It hits the fan when Guirail severely injures Yugande by using him as a Human Shield against the Megarangers. Hinelar then decides to end it by offering Guirail a power-up that's really Psycho Serum that turns Guirail into a mindless One-Winged Angel. Guirail is soon the first to be killed by the Megarangers' Mid Season Upgrade mecha. Seeing him writhing in agony due to the serum before getting killed by the Megarangers is quite satisfying.

** Oiles Gill ultimately qualifies himself by virtue of the lows he's willing to sink to in order to succeed. He's not above using an unwitting monster as a suicide bomber ([[EvenEvilHasStandards an act which horrified]] his {{Dragon}}) or [[spoiler:ordering a great many people unwillingly converted into copies of Barizorg, a prossess that destroys ''everything'' that makes them them except their special skills and is irreversable. He already did this to ''[[BadBoss one of his own soldiers!]]'']] Despite this, he still can't get out of his [[GeneralFailure constant failure]] and [[AdultChild kiddy temper tantrums]], so it makes him this and LaughablyEvil.

He killed his own teammates in order to become more powerful, then planned on destroying the world to remake it in his own image. To that end, he manipulated the Goseigers, Gosei Knight, and four separate evil factions (Warstar, Yuumajuu, Gedoushu, and Matrintis); particularly, he brainwashed Gosei Knight to serve him again so he could use his "Final Power" to achieve his goal, and before that, he attempted to take advantage of a remnant of Warstar who was planning to destroy the Earth, as well as flood the Gosei World with the waters of the Sanzu River, regardless of how the Gedoushu would be affected. Then. as [=Bred-RUN=], he betrays both Robogorg and Metal-A to take over their fortress as his own. Finally, when he's about to die, he plans to take the rest of the world with him, using his own life to fuel the spell he plans to use for his goal. Fortunately, he fails in this regard.
