MG that looks like a character from an 8-bit videogame who shoots a gun that [[FlayingAlive rips the skin off of people]].

Nobody else has tried it, so it is unclear whether it is only him or whether anybody could do it. It might be because he has come in contact with a destroyed Magical Girl's remains.
