** This troper thinks that maybe it was maybe it was at least planned as on chapter 15 as [[spoiler: others start to get wary of Hiro not helping his friend, who killed himself later they even point him with a gun because they think he is dangerous ]] later, on chapter 17, the random man on the floor [[spoiler: who is wounded, gets extremely scared of Hiro when he tries to cure him, and prefers to kill himself.]] The real question is why that kind of lampshading stopped and besides [[spoiler: not intervening when people were being killed besides the girl he cared about]] you couldn't tell from a normal character, also there's acting but sometimes it was in private and thoughts.
