** Chapter 78 takes place at a couple-themed amusement park with a boar mascot. When the guys are short money to see the mascot, Iori decides to cosplay as the boar himself, but ends up only with the head, stripping off his clothes, and using the fork and spoon the mascot holds as weapons. Sound familiar? [[Manga/DemonSlayerKimetsuNoYaiba Inosuke Aoba]] would be proud.

** One that crosses with a dig at the censors. In Chapter 78, Chisa, Aina, Busujima, and Azusa have a strip rock-paper-scissors game. Before any of the girls can have their unmentionables taken off, ghe chapter then turns to the exact same game but played by the male Peek-a-Boo members in another room, naked, raucous, and with all their privates hanging out. the narration says they did this because they don't want to expose the readers to indecency.

* HypocriticalHumor: After an escapade with two rowdy German {{Otaku}} and their exasperated female friend, Iori and Kouhei muse the latter must have it rough dealing with two fools all the time. They're saying this to [[OnlySaneMan Chisa]], only to realize the {{irony}} of their statement as they start pointing fingers at each other.

* IncestIsRelative: Nanaka is literally in love with Chisa, while Iori is attracted to the sisters, his cousins, but won't do a thing. [[spoiler:{{Subverted}} when his uncle reveals that Iori is not actually related to the sisters, his father being the adopted brother of the girls' mother]].

* RealityEnsues:
** One side chapter has Iori and Kouhei visiting a maid cafe with a little sister theme and Kouhei's (who is a siscon) fantasy is ruined when he finds out the "little sisters" there are actually adults older than him. No workplace will hire anyone younger than 18 and only some will only hire high school students as part timers.
** Chapter 62 has Aina and her friends tell Kohei that dating sims/eroges are in no way realistic to his despair.
** Iori and Kohei being forced to cook takoyaki [=PaB=] style (substituting water with alcohol) is awful as it sounds. The alcohol evaporate fast, unable to hold the batter togther and easily burn. The end result is basically highly alcoholic charcoal that knocks out anyone who ate it.

* StrangeMindsThinkAlike: Iori and Kouhei somehow arrive at the same conclusions whenever they trying to solve problems. Their "solutions" almost always involve something bizarre or downright insane, with varying levels of success.

* YourCheatingHeart: PlayedForLaughs in chapter 47, [[spoiler: where Kouhei claims to be Shiori's true older brother. When Iori's father was asked, he nervously denies the accusation, which was called out by Iori.]]

A chemistry major attempts to add rubbing alcohol into the mix, only to reveal he's joking as the resulting concentration is ''too low'' compared to shots of Spirytus each member had been adding beforehand, horrifying Iori and Kouhei.
