The story goes different in the Creator/BrothersGrimm "Literature/SnowWhite", where the prince wants Snow White's coffin carried to the castle, but when the coffin bearers stumble, the piece of cursed apple stuck in Snow White's throat falls out.

* In ''Manga/OniisamaE'', an ill and drugged up [[TheOphelia Rei]] takes an ''icy'' ShowerOfAngst. Her best friend [[{{Tomboy}} Kaoru]] stops her, drags Rei to her bedroom, and then strips both of them naked before the two get into bed so Rei can warm up via body heat.

It's done by her ''dad'', who takes off her clothes while she's unconscious, immerses himself in ice water, then lies on top of her (clad only in boxers) as the water steams off and he gets burned. Then runs back for more ice water. This repeats until her fever breaks, at which point he collapses, still lying on her. She wakes up and sleepily mumbles that he's a pervert, but doesn't push him off.

* At one point in ''VideoGame/XenobladeChronicles'' [[FanNickname Seven]] is unconscious and dehydrated, and the only person nearby is their love interest. The latter character gets some water and gives it to Seven via mouth to mouth.

* In ''LightNovel/HighSchoolDXD'', Devil healing magic works this way. So, when Issei is gravely injured after becoming a Devil, Rias takes off all of their clothes and sleeps next to him the entire night.

** In "Requiem", Scully feels dizzy and gets chills. She comes to Mulder's motel room and climbs into his bed, telling him that she needs to get warm. He tucks her in and lies behind her, and then they cuddle, warm spooning style! Very adorable scene.

** This is how Talia al Ghul gives Batman some much-needed antidote after he succumbs to a scorpion bite while dueling her father, under the pretense of giving him one last smooch.
