The tendency for the strongest [[ActionGirl physical female fighter]] in a group or cast to also have the largest breasts. Some of the reasons for this trope are discussed on [[Analysis/BoobsOfSteel the Analysis page]].

A physically strong female without Boobs of Steel is most likely a CuteBruiser.

Note that this trope is not common enough to list aversions. Unless it is {{lampshade|Hanging}}d, it is just an ignored trope. Also note that in general, this is limited to one or two examples per work.

* Botan from ''Manga/SevenSeeds'' has the biggest breasts out of the female character and is the best-prepared fighter out of her team's members.

* In ''Manga/Brave10'', Anastasia is the best female fighter, and her ninja prowess rivals her bust size. Ironically, she thinks [[DCupDistress it'd be a lot easier for her if she had smaller boobs]].
* ''Manga/CellsAtWorkCodeBlack'' has their variation of the [[spoiler:first host body's]] Neutrophils, an AmazonBrigade that maintain virus control in the human body and also have the biggest breasts in the setting. The main Neutrophil, U-1196, is also one of the most well-endowed girls in the primary cast.
* Kallen of ''Anime/CodeGeass''. Undoubtedly, she is the most endowed, and she's easily the most physically active member of the Black Knights, being their elite mech pilot. In fact, she's pretty much the only woman in their ranks who's involved in any actual fighting.
** She's physically stronger than the vast majority of men in the series. Her superhuman strength isn't on the same level as Suzaku or [[spoiler:cyborg Jeremiah]], but she's not that far behind him either.
** Cornelia is easily the most active and fierce princess, and also one of the bustiest.

* Heather in ''Manga/HaremRoyaleWhenTheGameEnds'' has the largest breasts out of the main cast and is also an athlete.
* ''Manga/HeadhuntedToAnotherWorld'': Ulmandra is quite well-endowed and strong enough in both physical combat and [[KillItWithFire fire magic]] to destroy flocks of wyverns single-handedly ([[OneManArmy a feat that would normally take a whole army]]), though she pales in comparison to the Demon Overlord himself.

* Hungary of ''Webcomic/HetaliaAxisPowers'' is a rather busty NinjaMaid. Belarus and Belgium are also noted to have these, though unlike Hungary it has yet to be {{lampshade|Hanging}}d.
* ''Anime/JuuniSenshiBakuretsuEtoRanger'' has Tart, a tomboy who is the best physical fighter of the female characters and sports an ample bust. [[BirdPeople She is also an anthropomorphic chicken,]] [[{{Pun}} which is likely not a coincidence.]]

** Chacha's rack is 1 cm larger and she's possibly Azuki's match in terms of raw power and fighting ability, given she effortlessly split a table in two during an arm wrestling match versus an opponent twice her size.

* Boa Hancock of ''Manga/OnePiece'' has the largest breasts (relative to her size) of perhaps the entire cast. Therefore, she obviously [[KickChick kicks the most ass]].
* In ''Manga/OutlawStar'', the female with the most physical strength, and physically strongest member of the main cast, is the obviously well endowed Aisha.
* Stocking, in ''Anime/PantyAndStockingWithGarterbelt'', is the melee fighter of the duo (for a given definition of melee, as she wields swords but resorts to RazorWind very often). She also has the bigger breasts, allegedly because [[SweetTooth all the weight she gains from the sweets she eats goes to her boobs]].
* Meiko from ''Manga/PrisonSchool'', in terms of physical strength, is the strongest student at her school. Accomplishing such feats are effortlessly breaking a restroom stall with one kick, winning five arm wrestling matches against boys in a row, and 49 pull-ups just using her fingers. She also has the largest breasts in the series, with most character not even close to half her size.

* The art-style of ''Manga/RanmaOneHalf'' generally leaves the precise buxomness of the female cast rather ambiguous, but there are three characters generally accepted as fitting this trope. That said, Atsuko Nakajima's OAV and movie character designs obviate the trope by making all of the girls extremely well-endowed, even the more modest ones.
** In his [[SexShifter female form]], Ranma is generally accepted as being short but remarkably top-heavy, considerably outsizing [[ACupAngst Akane Tendo]] to the point it's a (comical) plot point in a late-series chapter that even after a growth spurt, Akane is ''still'' several sizes smaller than Ranma. As the series protagonist, Ranma is also a master martial artist with SuperStrength, even if there are physically stronger or more dangerous characters in c anon.

** Miss Hinako Ninomiya, in her adult form, is very well-endowed, with the effect admittedly exaggerated by the ''tightly'' fitting shirt she has to wear to cope with her shifting from adult to child. She's not conventionally skilled at martial arts, but is a very dangerous foe thanks to her unique technique, the Happo Satsus, which allow her to [[VampiricDraining suck the life out of her foes]] by draining off their BattleAura. This pretty much instantly incapacitates anyone hit by hit, and if she misses, she can launch drained energy as a KameHameHadoken.
** Zigzagged with one-shot villainess Rouge; in her harmless human form, she has a fairly sizable chest, but her transformation into the fire-breathing, lightning-throwing six-armed three-faced Asura seems to result in her chest slimming down.
* CoolBigSis Julia from ''Manga/RaveMaster'' is the sole female melee fighter in the group and also has the largest breasts.
* In ''Manga/RebornToMasterTheBlade'', Inglis and Leone are some of the most physically strong fighters and largely prefer getting up close and personal. They also have some of the largest busts in the cast.
* ''Anime/SaberMarionetteJ'', with BoisterousBruiser Bloodberry being the bustiest of the three female protagonists, and recon specialist Cherry is the complete opposite.
* Sailor Jupiter of ''Franchise/SailorMoon'' is physically the strongest of the sailor soldiers and is certainly "[[DubText the most talented.]]"
* Sakakikido Tsukiko, the main character of ''Manga/SamuraiHighSchool''. She's easily the strongest and the bustiest person in her school, and her goal is to be supreme commander. Unfortunately, she has to switch places with her twin brother as there are gender restrictions.
* In ''Manga/{{Sekirei}}'', the most powerful Sekirei tend to be the bustiest, though this isn't a hard and fast rule, with characters such as Kuu, Benitsubasa and Karasuba being extremely powerful, but also modestly endowed. Sekirei also appear to place great importance on breast size and treat it as SeriousBusiness.
* [[SpacePirates Lalaco Godspeed]] from ''Anime/SpacePatrolLuluco'' is the bustiest character in the show (not that it's that difficult, seeing as there's only one other adult woman) and spends most of her introductory episode [[CurbStompBattle Curb-Stomping]] the main cast.
* Suguha Kirigaya, from ''Literature/SwordArtOnline'', is an accomplished kendo practitioner. She also has one of the largest busts of the female cast, both in the real world and in Alfheim Online as Leafa.
* Granart from ''Manga/TalesOfWeddingRings'' has the largest bust of the five ring princesses. She's also the best physical fighter of the group, being the princess of a warrior culture, and was unquestionably the strongest of the group until [[RobotGirl Amber]] came along.
* Kiyoko Aura, from ''Manga/TokyoGhoul''. She's known as the strongest female Investigator, and the first woman to make Special Class. Even modestly dressed, she's visibly ''much'' larger than the other women working for the CCG.
* Torako, the title character of ''Manga/TorakoAnmariKowashichaDameDaYo'' is a LethalKlutz that [[DoesNotKnowHisOwnStrength doesn't know her own strength]]. Even in a school full of delinquents, she's the biggest, strongest, and bustiest of the main characters. An omake page comparing the main girls' chest sizes puts her at the top and outright calls her "too big".
* ''Anime/VariableGeo'': With the majority of the cast ranging from C to D-Cups and being that they're all combat waitresses, the trope applies to everyone (excluding [[TokenMiniMoe Manami]]). However, Yuka Takeuchi and [[GorgeousGaijin Erina]] [[PlayboyBunny Goldsmith]] sport the biggest breasts of the bunch, with Yuka also being one of the strongest competitors overall.

* In the comic ''Chaos Campus'', pink-haired goth(ish) Jamie is the strongest character, and beats monsters to death with a wrench as a matter of course. So she also has breasts bigger than her head, thanks to [[BreastExpansion enormous breast implants]]. She's described as "Ellen Ripley with silicone."
* ''Franchise/TheDCU'':
** Characters/PowerGirl is canonically the bustiest superheroine in the DC universe and, as a Kryptonian, she's got all the powers of Franchise/{{Superman}}, making her one of the strongest characters male or female. She is also consistently presented as the physical superior of the less bustier Characters/{{Supergirl|TheCharacter}} because of age and training. It's not uncommon for her to be the muscle in her superhero teams.
** Characters/{{Wonder Woman|TheCharacter}} has the second largest bust of all the heroines in the DCU and since there are only a handful of heroines that are stronger than her, she is almost guaranteed to be the hardest hitting female in any team up.
** In ''ComicBook/ElseworldsFinestSupergirlAndBatgirl'', Characters/{{Supergirl|TheCharacter}} and Characters/{{Batgirl}} team up and become a crime-fighting team. Supergirl is the strongwoman of the duo, and her breasts are bigger than Batgirl's.
** Katharsis of ''ComicBook/TheMovement'' is most skilled in combat of the titular group; able to take on several opponents at once and shrug off tasers. She also has the largest bust out of all the female members.
