* The ''Gigantopithecus'' species from ''VideoGame/ARKSurvivalEvolved'' is blatantly a sasquatch. While it will attack if harmed or intruded upon, they are perfectly content to leave players be. They can also be passively tamed by feeding them sweet berries or their favorite food, becoming a formidable defender and helpful ally that can do tasks ranging from collecting resources or fighting alongside the player.

Though father and son come to the conclusion there's no such thing as Bigpaw and Little Critter has nothing to be afraid of, the real Bigpaw silently moves past their tent after dark. But contrary to the tales about him, the big fella is just another harmless animal of the wilderness who just enjoys a bag of chips they brought before leaving them to a good night's sleep.
