As their intended purpose is to hold down a ship, anchors are supposed to be exceptionally heavy. You'd expect any anchor wielder to be a huge, burly man or [[TheBigGuy big guy]]. This just makes little girls swinging anchors all the more amusing. Especially if she's the one to go into the PreAssKickingOneLiner.
