**** And not to mention, his latest behavior (read: [[spoiler: going from DissonantSerenity to be DrunkOnTheDarkSide]]) might make him more of a SmugSnake. [[spoiler: Specially after Ichigo's return.]]

**** And there's also his younger sister Kycillia, a LadyOfWar and EvilGenius [[spoiler: who actually upstages him ''and'' manages to off him.]] Had it not been for [[spoiler: Char's BoomHeadshot]]...

*** And thus, one of the most recent and faster memes in the Gundam meta series is born: [[spoiler: "FUCKING RIBBONS!!!!!!"]] Yeah, the revelation was ''that'' much of a ShockingSwerve.

** His {{Dragon}} Pain was a contender for this trope as well until he crossed the {{Moral Event Horizon}} in the biggest 'holy crap' moment of the manga--assuming that you weren't already soured by him by the one sentence in his backstory from a minion that hinted at the {{Complete Monster}} he really is.

*** Considering that many of his manipulations turn out to be more or less benevolent ''and'' that he comes to really care for the Host Club people, Kyouya might belong more in GuileHero.

** Also, Sailor Galaxia. Her uber cold yet super effective manipulations of all of her Senshi (and Queen Nehelenia, in the anime) as well as her huge fighting skills ([[spoiler: she's not the Legendary Sailor Senshi without a reason]]) put her squarely here.

** Pegasus from the orginal series; he's rich, stylish, AffablyEvil, and he played every major character like a fiddle (i.e., he COMPLETELY owns Kaiba), orchestrating a multi-pronged strategy to claim Yugi's puzzle (in the dub, at least) and control of Kaiba's company and it's technology. His plan was only undone because no one can beat Yugi/the Pharaoh in a game, and because he didn't account for Bakura, whom he'd never heard of and had no reason to guard against.

**** The best part is that the only reason Treize didn't conquer the entire universe when he easily could have have way through the series (Lady Une begs him to at one point) is that Treize suffered from a severe personal doubt problem. When Zechs finally gives him a reason to fight again, Treize takes over the entire Earth in exactly five minutes.

* Souichi of {{Challengers}} and {{The Tyrant Falls In Love}} is a relatively down-to-earth version of this. When a professor attempts to rape him, Souichi attempts to murder the guy. [[spoiler: Morinaga]] stops him, but Souichi still manages to stab the guy "deep" in the ass with a pair of scissors. When Soichi and Morinaga witness a guy on his cellphone ignoring the pleas of a woman who has an assistive device in her heart, Soichi gets fed up when the woman collapses and snatches the phone out of the guy's hand then snaps it in half. Soichi is not a supervillain and he hasn't got the world under his thumb, but he's a damned terrifying force when his protectiveness of his brother, his sense of justice or his hatred of gays is crossed. Which is often.
