Late in the last lap, he got hit by a green shell, which put him at range of a cannonball's explosion, then when Ant tried to gain speed to continue, he was struck by lightning again. He got an item box soon after, hoping for a speed boost but instead got a [[GroundWave Pow Block]], and just went straight to the finish line. He lost a whopping ''330 points'', a total loss of 484 points within 2 races!
