* Shows up often in Website/GoAnimate "Grounded" videos, usually in the form of "Punishment Days". Some videos have the busted troublemaker be told that it's Punishment Day and are subjected to a number of bad things happening to them, one right after the other. This can include things such as drinking hot sauce, being forced to take extremely hot or cold showers, being physically harmed, or even being turned into babies or Barney the Dinosaur, among many other painful or just plumb weird punishments. Some "Punishment Days" can, and very much have, wound up being fatal. [[CrossesTheLineTwice It's every bit as absurd as it sounds]].

* ''HumiliationConga/EtraChanSawIt''

* ''WebAnimation/EtraChanSawIt'':
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33Zg8BUJn7g Yuri]] overslept one day, causing a series of events that exposed the villains of the story. Her work couldn't open since she had the keys, so they had to call the manager Akamatsu. He didn't respond so they had to call the area manager, Karin. Karin called Akamatsu's home number where his wife Yuzuriha answered, and she told her he was working all night at headquarters. When Karin revealed that he wasn't there, she was pissed. It turned out that Akamatsu was having an affair with two employees, Azami and Akane. They fought each other over Akamatsu since they weren't aware of each other. When Akamatsu finally showed up at work, his wife also showed up and divorced him on the spot. The two women quit their jobs and Akamatsu was fired from his job and went back to live with his parents while the two women were sued by Yuzuriha for damages all because Yuri was late.
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uoFkrhkbLA Hiiragi]] gets beaten up by a {{Yakuza}} group for looking down on them and trying to cause trouble at his former workplace that fired him. He later comes to the school bandaged and immediately gets confronted by his girlfriends, Azami, Akane, and Yuzuriha after they find out that he is a [[TheCasanova playboy]]. Akane hits Hiiragi so bad to make sure he will have another bandage on him, Yuzuriha spreads rumors about him to the social media so his social status will be destroyed, and Azami sues a huge amount of money from him to keep their former relationship a secret from her husband.
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cAhixBSH8kA After Akane's affair with her boss, Akamatsu,]] get discovered by his wife, Tsutsuji, who had learned about the affair from her brother, Katsura, after he saw a picture of Akane and Akamatsu together on Karin's phone, Akane is forced to pay $30,000 in compensation money to Tsutsuji and Akamatsu reveals that he was just pretending to love Akane. While venting to Yuri and Karin, she blames them for not warning her about what would happen if she caught, only for Yuri to coldly tell her that they repeatedly warned her, but she never listened. Afterwards, Karin and Yuri blocked Akane and cut all ties with her. Later, Katsura, Yuri and Karin's boss, reveals that Akamatsu got demoted at work, he and Tsutsuji got divorced, and he is forced to stay at the company in order to pay for the alimony. Akane got fired, her parents paid the alimony, and she has been forced to go back to their house in the countryside and work in order to pay them back.
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYtBRk9OA04 Hiiragi]] was arrested by police for attempting to kidnap Tsutsuji and sentenced to 4 years imprisonment, he also got disowned by his father for his actions. However, some inmates don't like the fact that Hiiragi is only in prison for 4 years for his attempted kidnapping against a minor, so they decide to frame him by pretending that Hiiragi assaulted one of them with a fork, which likely will give him a longer prison time.

* ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged'': As a result of selling out the planet by allowing Cell to absorb Android 18 so he can achieve his Perfect form, [[ItsAllAboutMe Vegeta]] receives one spanning the course of several episodes. In Episode 52, he [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor gets exactly what he desired]] with the aforementioned action, a chance to test out his new powers by fighting Cell in his Perfect form, only to end up on the receiving end of a [[BreakTheHaughty humiliating]] CurbStompBattle culminating with Cell pressing-and smashing-Vegeta's [[BerserkButton Goku Button]]. Episode 54 has him roasted by zingers from all the minor characters from [[ButtMonkey Krillen and Yamcha]] to [[JokeCharacter Bulma, her mother, and Chi-Chi]], climaxing with Cell making a YourMom joke at his expense on live television. Finally, Episode 55 has Vegeta first shocked to discover that the Earth considers Cell's rampage to be a greater crisis to the planet than his and Nappa's invasion several years earlier, being forced to bear witness as Goku emerges from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber [[CantCatchUp once again much stronger than Vegeta]], then Vegeta [[DoNotTauntCthulhu mouths off one too many times]] to [[EldritchAbomination Mr. Popo]], resulting in Vegeta first being introduced to the Pecking Order and becoming the latest person to get punted off the Lookout and then in the following episode, Popo turning off the time dilation setting of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber while Vegeta's inside it, resulting in so great a SanitySlippage that, in a ShoutOut to ''Film/CastAway'', Vegeta paints a volleyball with Nappa's face and talks to it.
* WebVideo/TheNostalgiaCritic gets put through one ''hell'' of a conga at the end of ''WebVideo/{{Kickassia}}''. After getting firebombed in his garden and fleeing for his life (with a girly scream), Critic is cornered in his own base and learns that his subjects have turned against him -- and they're being aided by the [[WebVideo/TheCinemaSnob traitor]] he had banished. [[WebVideo/BadMovieBeatdown Film Brain]] (who has been acting as Critic's personal YesMan) tells him to his face that he hates his guts, while WebVideo/{{Phelous}} uses Critic's habit of [[GladIThoughtOfIt stealing his ideas]] to trick him into inviting the group to ''literally'' kick his ass. [[WebVideo/AskThatGuyWithTheGlasses Ask That Guy]] shows up, [[CallBack making Critic think he's been reprieved]], only to happily leave once he gets his obligatory cameo. The team beats Critic within an inch of his life, stripping him of his presidential hat and authority, which they proceed to fight over with his [[WebVideo/TheNostalgiaChick second-in-command]] (who admits that she only took the job so [[TheStarscream she could murder him and steal the presidency]]). In desperation, Critic threatens to kill everyone with the dynamite he installed under the base; he dramatically pushes the detonator...and nothing happens, because Cinema Snob disabled the explosives (''after'' he was banished, no less). The group resumes beating Critic (ruining his M. Bison uniform in the process), and then forces him to return Molossia to its rightful owner and ruler, Kevin Baugh -- with the admission that he couldn't handle the job. And in the end, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking he doesn't even get the rocket chair he wanted.]]
** The ending of ''Film/ASimpleWish'' review. After Nostalgia Critic constantly insulting Mara Wilson for some of the crappy movies she made as a kid, she appears (in character for the video) and admits that everyone makes mistakes when they are young. And demonstrates by playing some ''very'' embarrassing home videos of Critic while belittling him. Then she turns into an demon, with the words "Don't Fuck with Mara Wilson!!" appearing on the screen.

** Another one happened to LetsPlay/ChuggaaConroy in the ''VideoGame/MarioParty4'' board Toad's Midway Madness. It Starts With LetsPlay/ProtonJon using a magic lamp to get a star only to get another one 10 seconds later. The third Spawns Exactly where LetsPlay/ChuggaaConroy is at this point (for the record, you have to go around again if a star ends up precisly where you are), gets his coins stolen from both LetsPlay/ProtonJon and the AI. All in a single turn.
* In ''Literature/{{Worm}}'', Regent does this to Shadow Stalker when he [[PeoplePuppets controls her body]]. He makes her expose evidence of her extended bullying campaign against Taylor, confess her love to her- female- best friend, threaten her family (while showing off the lethal weaponry she's ''not'' supposed to be carrying), and then makes it appear as if she had attempted to commit suicide, ultimately leading to her being incarcerated. [[AssholeVictim But she's a vicious, bullying, sociopath and it's hard to feel any sympathy for her.]]
* Documented by ''WebVideo/InternetHistorian'' in "Pool's Closed" - first, ''VideoGame/{{Habbo}}'' is accused by Channel 4 News of [[PaedoHunt harboring pedophiles]]. Then many of the site's investors pull out, leaving it in danger of shutting down. And to add insult to injury, Website/FourChan decides to pay a visit once more.
