* In "Wanheda: Part I," when [[spoiler: Bellamy, Monty, Raven, and Jasper are driving in the jeep on their way to a distress signal, seeing Jasper happily singing with the crew when he turns his music up, even sticking his head out of the jeep's roof and yelling at the top of his lungs, is very heartwarming considering what happened to him at the end of Season II. In that moment, he finally felt like the old Jasper.]]

* The unlikely friendship between Bellamy and the unnamed Grounder in the cage next to him in Mount Weather. They barely speak, but almost every interaction between them (aside from her initial hostility when she realizes he's a Sky Person) is either comfort or actually saving each other's lives.
** The first words she says to Bellamy after being told they're not enemies anymore is for him to calm down and not make any noise, because the Mountain Men bleed the healthy first. When the "doctors" come in and are ready to put her in the harness, Bellamy immediately starts banging on his cage so that he takes her place.
** She repays him by grabbing the guard--Lovejoy--through the bars of her cage later on, holding him still long enough for Bellamy and Maya to kill him.
** While there's no time for real thanks, Bellamy squeezes her hand and promises to come back for her. And he ''does''. She looks relieved to see him again, speaking to him like an equal and getting her people to listen to his plan while he releases them.

Raven had just earned her Zero-Gravity mechanics certification, but she failed the physical due to a potentially dangerous heart murmur, so Finn "borrowed" a spacesuit and found an un-monitored airlock for her to use to take a spacewalk. Unfortunately, after she got back in, an emergency protocol got tripped, summoning guards to the airlock and leaving Finn and Raven with no way to escape. ** This particular reunion was a pretty deep moment of development when you consider Raven's previous iciness toward Clarke.
** And then there's Octavia commenting on Clarke and Bellamy's running hug as something she never thought she would see -- In episode 2 of season 1, Bellamy explicitly threatened to cut Clarke's arm off to remove her wristband against her will. By episode 2 of season 2, he's gotten himself beaten bloody while out looking for her with Finn. As for Clarke, she spent the last four episodes thinking that Finn and Bellamy had been burned alive on her command, so her relief upon not being responsible for their deaths is pretty heartwarming.
