* ''Meta Example''': For the episode's final scene, Bella Ramsey and Daisy Haggard recorded their dialogue together for the first time. They went through multiple takes when Haggard started crying when her character, Johanna, grounds Bella's character, Hilda. When they finally got it right, Ramsey comforts Haggard with a hug.
** Just the fact that Bella Ramsey and Daisy Haggard keeping in touch on Twitter is downright adorable. It's like a mother and daughter making sure one another is OK, especially since season 2 was released during a [[UsefulNotes/COVID19Pandemic global pandemic]].

* Tontu reluctantly agreeing to help transport Hilda and her friends to Tofoten so they can save Anders.

** Not to mention the disgusted DeathGlare she gives Trevor’s mum when the latter insults Hilda by calling her a “blue-haired witch in sheep’s clothing” (not that she doesn’t notice that but still)

* The origins surrounding Hilda’s family on her mother’s bloodline… and everything in here heartwarming in its own way:
** Fairies are shown to have a bad reputation among humans, and are actually forbidden to interact with them. But Lydia encountered actual fairies in Phinium and Astrid they quickly became close friends, going on plenty of adventures together.
** By the time they’ve reached adulthood, Phinium and Lydia eventually fell in love and married. Realizing human world became his home now, Phinium decided to stay here for good and convinced Astrid to do the same.
** Doubles as the TearJerker but the reason Phinium and Lydia abandoned Johanna at age of ten is because she was deadly ill as a baby, and the Fairy Entity demanded the girl in exchange for curing her. Wanting to give her a normal life, Phinium and Lydia went in her place instead, while Astrid erased most Johanna’s childhood memories to ease the pain of abandonment.

* The whole family happily spend time together on a picnic.

* Astrid nearly giving up her life to save Johanna from her returned sickness because of the broken bargain… but Victoria appears at last moment and offers herself as a substitute for Astrid without hesitation. While Astrid did get banished from the Fairy Country, she nevertheless reunites with her family, while Victoria begins exploring the Fairy Isle.
* When Hilda felt sad over her grandparents still being trapped in the Fairy Country, Johanna assures her that they are still close to them, watching over them.

** Keep in mind that trolls can be seen participating in the parade too, showcasing how the FantasticRacism against has declined, if they partake in Trolberg’s historical

* The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hy9SIzZdjJE new intro]] of all things, starts with Hilda greeting Baba and Trylla instead of running away from an angry troll, and ends with Hilda and Johanna jumping together on a woff to showcase their rebuild relationship.

* The troll that spooked Hilda in the first two seasons' intros is replaced with the far friendlier Trylla and Baba.
* Hilda and Johanna’s relationship has significantly improved after a season full of bitter bickering, now being on much better terms. The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hy9SIzZdjJE new intro]] showcases how close they are now.

* Hilda’s great-aunt Astrid inviting Hilda and Johanna to spend holidays in Tofoten instead of visiting to them herself, like she usually does. In fact, Hilda and Johanna brought Frida, David, Tontu and Alfur with them.

* Wood Man comforting Hilda after her failed attempt to end the conflict between giants and humans, and having no grudge towards her for causing the Faratok Tree to be burned down, instead deciding to plant a new one from the last branch, and even giving Hilda a small piece of it on her request.

* Hilda, Anders and Twig getting rid of a troll bell they come across.

* Astrid nearly giving up her life to Johanna from her returned sickness because of the broken bargain… but Victoria appears at last moment and offers herself as a substitute for Astrid without hesitation.
