Complaining with bad punctuation.

In Putt Putt Saves the Zoo: why (after Putt Putt paints himself a different colour) does he look in the little mirror and say - in a strangely flirtatious way, even though he’s alone - “I look good!” and wiggle his eyebrows?!? Creepy and odd!

Also in Putt Putt Saves the Zoo: why does Putt Putt open the toolbox to get the wrench needed to free Sammy the Seal, pick out the correct one and then just look at the wrench held up in his antenna instead of picking out the correct wrench and then immediately using it to free Sammy?!? Why do you have to click on the dam with the wrench? It’s the only thing you need the toolbox for, why the theatrics?!?

Yet another thing from Putt Putt Saves the Zoo: when rescuing Jambo, perpetuate the myth that elephants are afraid of mice, when it might not be true? I have read that they are startled or surprised by them occasionally because they are small and move quickly and I have also heard that they can have a symbiotic relationship - though I don’t know the details of how - with them, like the birds that clean crocodile teeth but don’t get eaten by the crocodile.

One more thing from Putt Putt Saves the Zoo: why isn’t there any (apart from the different shaped gear wrench needed to rescue Sammy the Seal) variety in the location of each baby animal the game? In Putt Putt Travels Through Time there are different story paths…like sometimes Pep is in Medieval era and sometimes he’s in Future era or Old West era. It adds more replayability if there’s different story paths.

In Putt Putt Travels Through Time: why does the conveyor that takes Putt Putt to the main square of the Future (aka: robot) era reset to going the wrong direction each time you go to that time period?

In Putt Putt Joins the Circus: why were BJ Sweeney’s eyebrows and moustache switched when you first talk to him? Putt Putt asks him what’s wrong when he first goes to enter the Circus (despite not having a ticket anymore because of the goat eating it at the beginning of the game) and BJ Sweeney says what’s wrong and while he’s talking he realizes that his moustache is where his eyebrows should be and vice versa and proceeds to put them back in the correct locations, without even acknowledging it. How would this have happened? I get that it’s supposed to visually represent how everything is going wrong with the circus (before Putt Putt offers to help in exchange for admission to the circus) but it’s still a little bit odd.

Why/how does Outback Al forget what kind of food the baby animal eats in Game 5? He’s supposed to be a zookeeper…someone who should/would know what food the animals they are taking care of eat!

Why does the sound effect of picking up each item in the recycling centre sorting mini game to earn the gas can (in Game 5) sound like a gun being cocked? Loudly. Seems pretty inappropriate for a game for young children (who hopefully do not know what that sound is).

What is the purpose of the Junior Fire Marshall badge you can earn (Game 5) if you call 911 from the pay phone on Valley Road to report the shed being on fire? I’m assuming that it is meant to teach kids to do good deeds and report emergencies to the proper authorities but would a real kid actually do that in an emergency? Not that it’s a bad thing if they did, I just don’t think it would really happen, especially considering the era these games originally came out on CD-ROM (the late 90s, when most kids did not have cellphones).
* I just remembered that you need to earn the badge to be able to borrow the ladder to get Mr. Fenderbender’s cat out of the tree.

** Another thing about nails (though this time in Putt Putt Enters the Race): why do the nails at the construction site bend so easily - sometimes on their own?!?What kind of poor quality nails are they using at this construction site?!? Also, why do they sometimes come loose out of the board while you’re hammering a different nail?!? There will be a nail 3/4 of the way nailed down (at the start of the round) and you will be hammering a different nail and the 3/4 will suddenly be 1/2 hammered down, by itself. Nails do not come loose on their own, especially when they’re being hammered into something from above with nothing underneath pushing against them to prevent them from getting fully nailed down! They also do not bend randomly on their own! Nails are not sentient! This is in the desktop version of the game and the mobile version and it doesn’t make sense. Also, how are you supposed to know how many rounds of nail hammering you need to do to get the racing helmet for Pep?

* In ''Goes to the Moon'', the Man on the Moon has a crescent moon with a face for a head. The actual moon, which he lives on, (mostly) resembles the real deal. But the photo of the moon that Putt-Putt gives the MITM depicts [[MindScrew a crescent moon with a face, like the MITM's head, floating in space]]! What?

* Why are Putt-Putt's belongings considered "ancient" by the future museum? Sure, they were made hundreds of years before the museum that took them in, but because of time travel, they're only a few months old at most.

** It's probably just because they were from hundreds of years in the past. It would be like going back in time and bringing the Statue of Zeus at Olympia to the present just after it was built. Just because it's still "new" doesn't mean we wouldn't care about it or want to preserve it.
