*** After rewatching "Endgame", I think I can answer question 2. This question bugged me too. After some thought, I surmised that the whole rigged to "answer to Rex" wouldn't stop the ones after them from at least gaining a fraction of the powers (see:Part 1 of Endgame). If the Salazars chose to go on as per normal thinking that simply rigging the god nanite to their young son would make things fine, all it would do was to make the Consortium realize what's up when they would try to get their god powers the first time, which is gaining a fraction or failing altogether and then would have gotten the whole team imprisoned and interrogated as to why they failed to achieve godhood. Not to mention, the "rigged to Rex" thing only denies them their SetBonus, just the individual powers alone would have turned them into a team of supervillains capable of putting the world at their feet as demonstrated in the beginning of Endgame:Part 2. Realizing that this action wasn't enough, they blew up the whole place and scattered them across the globe instead.

* If the Meta-Nanites [[spoiler: [[LoyalPhlebotinum are programmed so that only Rex can use the]] [[SetBonus Full Set]]]], why did [[spoiler: the Consortium's CombiningMecha trick]] work?
** Their forms were combined into one, not necessarily the meta/nanites themselves. Also, it would seem they don't need to keep the meta-nanites to retain their mechanical forms; the meta-nanites [[OntologicalInertia transformed them permanently]], showing further evidence that their power and forms that were granted were independant from continuing to have the meta-nanites.
* If [[spoiler: Breach]] was chasing Van Kleiss through history in "A Brief History of Time" because [[spoiler: her AmplifierArtifact]] was locked onto his biosigns, why wasn't [[TimeTravelTenseTrouble his past self in danger before he built the machine]]? If its because he deliberately added a homing beacon to his [[ArtificialLimbs cybernetic arm]], why didn't his low power levels interfere with the signal? In fact, its been a while since I saw the episode, but wasn't [[spoiler: Breach]] finding him ''faster'' each time? And he could have just disabled the homing beacon, [[spoiler: [[AndIMustScream it's not like he didn't have plenty of time to think of it.]] ]]

*** Rex's power isn't a GreenLanternRing. Part of the gimick is that he is limited in the powers he can manifest. Certain limbs make certain powers, and he can't make new ones.

* Why, oh why, didn't the Meta-Nanites control the Four Fundamental Forces? They used 2 of them, gravity and electromagnetism! And then temperature, time, and ...machines? It's just so odd. Especially since the other 2 forces, strong and weak nuclear forces, could be easily handwaved as ElementalPowers and ILoveNuclearPower respectively. Could the writers not think that up, or were they just totally unaware of the Four Interactions?

*** Correction: He ''can'' make new ones. It just takes a lot of time. We see him attempt to create a jet-ski in one episode, but he hasn't perfected it by then. It's just easier for him to create the machines [[spoiler: he already had as a giant EVO]] since he already made them.

** Did she say she wanted her powers gone? I was thinking this was like Mystique in the ''Film/XMen'' movies; she shouldn't have to change just to fit in.
