* The team wants to keep secret from Surge how badly her boyfriend suffered in their last mission...but none of them told Laura this. So after Surge hears various ridiculously inconsistent stories from each of her teammates, she goes to ask Laura. Who tells her ''everything''. The effect is worse than it would have been had the team been honest in the first place.
-->'''Laura:'''...and then Belasco plunged his fingers into David's chest, piercing the skin and separating the muscles beneath. The sternum and several ribs were definitely shattered. He then pulled David's heart out, shredding the entire cardiovascular system. But because Elixir got to him so quickly, he was saved from any brain damage.\\
'''Noriko:''' ''[[PowerIncontinence (eyes sparking)]]'' Thank you, Laura.

!!X-Men Evolution

* A minor moment from her debut episode in the ''[[WesternAnimation/XMenEvolution Evolution]]'' cartoon. When X-23's investigating some perfume belonging to one of the girls. She takes one sniff of the perfume and makes a perfect "gag" sound, and the expression on her face is priceless.
** When X-23 returns in the episode "Target X", she's quick to complain about Logan's "slow" HealingFactor. He's quick to point out theirs a fairly good reason for it.
-->'''X-23:''' (''totally serious'') You should have healed by now.
-->'''Logan:''' (''just a little offended'') Give me a break kid, I started out the morning by falling out of an airplane.
* X-23's first encounter with Spider-Man.
-->'''Spider-Man:''' Wolverine, good lord! What did they ''do'' to you?
** Earlier, just to show that she's not completely lacking in humor, after being told off by Scott and how chasing after every little threat is something Logan would do, X imagines him wearing a dunce cap.

her guide, her cousin Megan.
** First, she's asked if she speaks French, and when she's asked to give an example of her French language skill, she proceeds to go into detailed assassination protocols.
-->'''Megan:''' What the hell did you '''say'''?!
** Then, in Biology, after correcting a teacher on how many pints of blood are in a human (5.6, he said 7), she's asked to if she has anything else to add for that class. Cue practical instruction on use of poisons.
** Finally, when visiting the principal's office for the second offense, the principal yells at the pair and asks them if they are even listening. Laura proceeds to repeat what the principal said to them. Exactly. Complete with vocal intonations and inflections.
** Watch Megan's reaction to Laura, at that scene. She's curling up in her chair, basically assuming the fetal position. This is the same girl who was introduced as something of a problem child with lack of respect for others. And ''she's getting freaked out''.

* VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcom3 has her dumping Galactus' carcass at Wolverine's home in her ending, bragging how she should be considered the best since she had killed a god. Wolverine's all "Yeah yeah, [[GranTorino now get that thing off my lawn.]]"
* One of the cute scenes with Psylocke and X is after Psylocke had just been revived in ''World's End''. She and Laura have rejoined the captured X-Men and the Savage Land mutates, who are preparing to face the Hauk'ka. Psylocke is sitting on a branch, deftly braiding her hair while talking with Bishop. Laura is emulating her in the background, fighting with her hair, trying to get it to behave. A few pages later when the Hauk'ka arrive, Psylocke has moved on to helping Nightcrawler and Bishop un-lock their powers, perfect braid swaying behind her... and X-23 rushes out to fight Raina, with her hair in a messy bun, apparently having given up on it.
** Laura can frequently be seen aping Psylocke's mannerisms and body posture throughout these early Uncanny issues.
** HilariousInHindsight once she starts dating Teen!Warren, as lampshaded in ''[[http://40.media.tumblr.com/cf23cc1fdc11df10db5701ff466785e2/tumblr_o0rspybXCP1sp1wslo1_1280.jpg Waiting For The Trade]]''.
* In an otherwise ''incredibly'' grim series, Laura is part of one of the few genuinely hilarious moments in ''ComicBook/AvengersArena'': As Chase [[spoiler: transforms into Darkhawk to take on Apex after he overhears her plans to use the Sentinel and Deathlocket to kill the rest of the kids, he begins to psych himself up for the fight with a RousingSpeech just as Laura runs past]]...
-->'''Chase:''' Darkhawk is--\\
'''Laura:''' (''runs past and yells at him without breaking stride'') Stay!\\
'''Chase:''' --staying put!
* After Julian mouths off about her always playing ComicBook/{{Wolverine}} in simulations, Laura very clearly makes her irritation known by walking up to him and extending her claws ''just'' short of his {{groin| attack}}.
-->'''Julian:''' Down, girl.\\
(''SNIKT'')\\
'''Rockslide:''' Ouch.\\
'''Julian:''' Didn't they clone you a sense of humor?
* From ''ComicBook/AllNewXMen'' #20, Teen!Bobby putting a lampshade on how terrible an idea it is to make ''another'' Wolverine.
-->'''Bobby:''' They ''make'' Wolverines? On ''purpose''? ... First I can't get over the fact they ''purposely'' made Wolverine. And now I can't get over the fact that after they ''saw'' what Wolverine turned out like, they thought it might be a good idea to [[OppositeSexClone clone him into a teenage girl]].
* And Jean and Kitty's observations after ''that''.
-->'''Jean:''' A girl that Scott Summers quite fancies.\\
'''Kitty:''' Scott Summers fancies the genetic clone of Wolverine?\\
'''Jean:''' Yes, he does.\\
'''Kitty:''' Shudder.
** Probably the best part being that Kitty actually ''said'' "shudder," and it was not an {{onomatopoeia}}.
* And afterwards, crossing over with CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming, Laura's bemused reaction to Teen!Scott giving her a CoolDownHug when she's freaking out over waking up in a Weapon X facility. Particularly about hugging with an audience.

While the rest of the students react with shock or embarrassment (and Finesse appraises him curiously), Laura just looks ''bored''.
* At the end of issue 31 of ''All-New X-Men'', Laura and the rest of the O5 are shunted into the ComicBook/UltimateMarvel universe and scattered across several locations. In issue 32, Laura is revealed to have popped up in the middle of a football field during a game. Her response when her unexpected appearance (and outing herself as a mutant by reflexively popping her claws) nearly triggers a riot from the ''entire stadium''?
-->'''Laura:''' [[OhCrap Um...]]
** And ''that's'' followed by a jump cut to Laura on a motorcycle fleeing from ''dozens'' of police cars.
* In NYX Kiden finds Laura, stripped of most of her pro gear, the guy who killed himself nearby, she's cutting herself with her claws. Upon realizing she's not alone Laura looks up from what she's doing like it's completely normal and utters a single line:
-->[[ButForMeItWasTuesday Hi.]]

!!All-New Wolverine

Warren runs up but she balks at him giving her a hug because of multiple severe injuries (cracked ribs, dislocated shoulder, and third degree burns among others). '''Laura''': A little awkward\\

'''Laura''': I didn't say stop.
* Laura's conversation with Gabby in issue 2 when the latter has broken into her apartment and splits her time between playing [[MrExposition Ms. Exposition]], and [[DeadpanSnarker snarking]] about the contents of Laura's fridge. Gabby's FascinatingEyebrow when investigating a slice of leftover pizza is ''particularly'' funny.
* In issue 3 of ''All-New Wolverine'' Bellona snarks at Laura's refusal to kill because the Alchemax mooks might have families, by suggesting a man whose fingers she severed might play the piano and she's now ruined his career. Gabby then gathers them up so the man can have them reattached ''just in case that's actually true''.
** When they arrive at the house of [[spoiler: Comicbook/DoctorStrange]], Laura warns them not to touch anything, then turns to Bellona and tells specifically tells her not to ''shoot'' anything. Bellona ''sulks''.
* In Issue 4, Strange uses the Eye of Agamotto to observe the characters of the Sisters. ** Bellona ends up ignoring Laura's warning in #3 and shoots a cupboard. Because it was ''winking'' at her. After subduing the monster [[NiceJobBreakingItHero Bellona's actions allowed to escape]], Laura scolds her like she was a misbehaving child!
* In ''All-New Wolverine'' #5, [[Comicbook/TheWasp Jan]] ''gloriously'' subverts LetsYouAndHimFight after Dr. Strange teleports Laura and the Sisters to Hank's lab, by calling up his cell phone and ''chewing him out'' in front of the girls for not giving her a head's up first. Made even ''better'' when Laura tries to interject only for Jan to shush her with a raised finger.
** And [[RunningGag Bellona's impulse to shoot everything in sight]] being interrupted by an electric shock before that.
* In issue 6 Gabby threatens Dr. Chandler, showing just how close he came to death, then gives him a cutesy "Bye" before casually running off.
* In issue 7, ''ComicBook/SquirrelGirl'' brings a live wolverine because she thought that what she had to say to Laura would come across better if the latter saw it "from an animal's perspective". Cue Laura stating that she can't talk to wolverines.
** In the same issue, said wolverine (his name is Jonathan) breaks into Gabby's room causing a scream, cut to the next panel where Gabby's cuddling said wolverine and proclaiming him to be the best pet ever.
-->'''Gabby''': I will walk him and feed him and dress him up in fine suits and build little cities out of cardboard for him to tear through like some hairy, giant, formally attired monster.
-->'''Squirrel Girl''': Oh, I like her.
** After clearing up that she can't understand wolverines, Squirrel Girl tells the wolverine (named Jonathan) that his services are no longer required. This results in said wolverine having a quite dejected look on his face.
** Doreen's dramatic finger-pointing is followed by two quick beat panels as Laura first just stares at her in stunned silence, and then followed by a quick sniff by Jonathan.
** After a few short chirps by the squirrel Laura borrowed an acorn from (ItMakesSenseInContext), Doreen translates it as a [[MotivationalLie long-winded speech on family and accountability]]. Turns out the squirrel ''really'' just wanted its acorn back.

!!X-23 Ongoing

* During a flashback in ''The Killing Dream'' Logan (unnecessarily) coaches Laura through sharpshooting. After she pulls the trigger it's revealed that he's with her at an ''amusement park'' and they were playing the shooting gallery. Laura has put a round straight through the forehead of one of the prizes, a teddy bear, to the distress and amazement of the carny. When Logan tells her that wasn't what he expected, Laura flatly reminds him he ''said'' to aim at what she wanted.
** As they walk away (with the bear in hand!) she comments about how roller coasters are said to make people want to scream and throw up, and wants to try that.
