* An unintentional example but seeing Nat hit the man in mid-air twice in the present day opening scene as the action freeze to give us the title can be seen as pretty hilarious.
* Beckwourth's introduction as he confront Brothers Grimes, one of the Crimson Hood gang. The two apparently being family as they start slinging insults at each other eventually ending with this.

* When we first meet Wiley he's eating a steak, threatening Rufus to leave his town or else. However in the middle of his speech some men interrupt him and we pull out to see that he's talking with no one and was rehearsing how he figured the conversation would go.
* Brutal as the scene is of Rufus pistol whipping Wiley on the ground, him allowing some kids to collect the gold teeth he knocked out of his mouth is pretty funny.
* During the initial confrontation at Redwood, Beckwourth tries to introduce himself to Cherokee Bill in a grandiose fashion expecting it to be an epic showdown. Bill... just waves the kid off, almost as if he met too many people like him before. Sheriff Bass has to drag Beckwourth away as he's complaining about having rehearsed the speech and everything.
* Nat plan to go into a town and rob it is to have Cuffee go in a dress. Naturally Cuffee isn't keen on the idea, not helped by Beckwourth's joking. Though he shuts up when he gets DisapprovingLook from the others.
* The town Nat wants to rob, Maysfield, being a figurative and literal white town with no citizens of color what so ever. And if you didn't think the movie drove this home enough...

* Likewise Cuffee struggling to walk in it when they approch the bank. even Nat is a little amused by this but know well enough not to joke at Cuffee for it. Once the two get inside, Cuffee approaches the teller and asks for a withdraw. The teller, being a white woman, laughs at Cuffee. So Cuffee goes for their gun ...and has a bit of trouble finding it since they have to pull up the dress. Though eventually does manage.
* Nat enjoying himself a lot more then he should during said robbery. Granted he's being forced to do this, but at the least figures he'd get some amusement out of it.
