I'll be sure to properly organize/expand this later, but for now I thought I'd start with this.

* Wario's constant jabs that Liz is Bowser's secret mistress.
* Whenever Bowser "dry humps" DK.
** Then there's the running gag appearance in Racconto File 6, Bowser (chronologically for the first time) giving Donkey Kong his humiliating last *cough* ''blows''.
-->'''DK:''' [[BlackComedyRape THIS IS NOT CONSENSUAL!]]
** It also has the unintended side effect of [[AmbiguouslyGay making Donkey Kong gain a sort of...affection for Bowser]].
* The entire scene with Wario caught in a SpotTheImposter situation between Bowser... and Kirby wearing a Bowser hat. He manages to solve it though, by attempting to send both of them off stage. Bowser loses a life, and Kirby makes a recovery, which helps Wario to determine he's the fake. When Bowser comes back, he gives his [[RuleOfThree three-two-one countdown]] before beating him up. It fades to black and you hear the two of them [[ThrowItIn ad-lipping the whole thing]].

!!Episode 1: The Mission to Recruit Princess Peach...?
* Wario’s entire attempt to sneak up on Samus and his consequent failure to do so. His reaction to realizing that Samus is wearing her Power Armor is probably what takes the cake.
** And then there’s Bowser’s thoughts on the whole situation after Samus blasts Wario to Onett.
-->'''Bowser''': Be careful, Wario. [[DeadpanSnarker You might actually annoy her next time]].
** Hell, the revelation that Wario has done this sort of thing with Samus so much that not only does Bowser expect him to fail, but also knows ''exactly'' where and when Wario will crash land after being [[StealthPun shot down]] by her is utterly hilarious.
* After briefly musing over Mario’s whereabouts, Peach finally relents to Bowser and decides to join his team for the Smash King tourney, if only because she wants to prove herself. Bowser attempts to give her some encouraging words, but they...kind of backfire on him.
-->'''Bowser''': …If it gets too tough for ya, I will ''always'' protect you.
-->'''Peach:''' [[HammerSpace GOLF CLUB ATTACK!]]
-->'''Bowser:''' OWWW! Auugh…
** About a minute later, Peach asks Bowser who their third teammate will be, only to turn around and find him offering her a Fire Flower as a "[[token of his affection]]".
** In the second half of the episode, Mario finds himself in the new world of Brawl, and is very confused and full of angst. Right as he’s crossing the Bridge of Eldin, Mario swears to himself that he’s going to find Bowser…only to get interrupted by a Falcon Kick in the face.
** Shortly afterwards, Falcon starts boasting to Mario about his plans to dominate the Smash King tourney. He then starts doing a series of flips, kicks and punches that quickly start to bore the Italian Plumber. After he makes an offhand remark about Falcon’s ineptness, the Captain challenges Mario to a fight, which he proceeds to get completely curbstomped in.
** After their one-sided fight, Captain Falcon [[ThrowItIn trips away]] in shock that Mario defeated him so easily. When Mario attempts to defend himself, Captain Falcon interrupts him to go on a lengthy, unimportant monologue about proving his speed and strength, only to realize that [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere Mario decided to jet]] in the middle of his ramblings. He then promptly gets run over by
Wario's constant jabs that Liz is Bowser's secret mistress.
* Whenever Bowser "dry humps" DK.
** Then there's the running gag appearance in Racconto File 6, Bowser (chronologically

-->'''Wario''': [[ApologeticAttacker Oh, uh…sorry about that.]]

!!Episode 2: The Hunt
for the first time) giving Donkey Kong his a Dragon
* The utterly
humiliating last *cough* ''blows''.
-->'''DK:''' [[BlackComedyRape THIS IS NOT CONSENSUAL!]]
** It also has
verbal and physical beatdown Ike gets from Pit and Peach and Wolf respectively for accidentally interrupting an Exhibition Match at the unintended side effect of [[AmbiguouslyGay making Donkey Kong gain a sort of...affection episode’s beginning, [[WrongGenreSavvy thinking that Peach was being attacked by Wolf, and needed to be rescued]].
** Pit tries to apologize to President Dedede
for Bowser]].
Ike’s disruption, but the President laughs it off, declaring that what they’re getting now is more than a fair make-up for what happened.
* The entire scene with Wario caught in a SpotTheImposter situation between Bowser... and [[PaperThinDisguise Kirby wearing a Bowser hat.hat]]. He manages to solve it though, by attempting to send both of them off stage. Bowser loses a life, and Kirby makes a recovery, [[ImposterForgotOneDetail which helps Wario to determine he's the fake.fake]]. -->'''Wario''': Whatever happend to, "I'll give you to the count of three"?
** [[ItMakesSenseInContext SQUEAL LIKE A BITCH! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAL!]]
* In episode 3, when Dedede invites Wario to join his "party," the shot zooms in on the Zero Suits. Falco can be heard in the background yelling, ''"What the HELL, Dedede?!"''

to:

-->'''Wario''': Whatever happend happened to, "I'll give you to the count of three"?
**
three"?!
-->'''Bowser''':
[[ItMakesSenseInContext Gah! Gah! TAKE IT! SQUEAL LIKE A BITCH! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAL!]]
** There’s also Wario lampshading that Kirby had very little reason to steal Bowser’s identity in the first place, other than to annoy everyone with his copying gimmick.
* In episode 3, when Dedede invites After reluctantly deciding to go with Wario to join see who his "party," latest pick as Bowser’s third teammate is, [[ChekhovsGunman a random pink Charizard]] leaves Bowser’s house, much to the shot zooms bafflement of Wario. To avoid answering Wario’s awkward question, Bowser quickly decides to go “wash up” to get ready to go out. realizes that he’s glowing, and asks Bowser to use his bathroom. Bowser immediately refuses, [[NoodleIncident with the details on what happened the last time Wario used his bathroom left unclear]].
* The OverlyLongGag of Meta Knight explaining to Wario what he’s been up to while waiting for Bowser. Specifically, that he went to a tavern to try to calm his nerves by drinking a lot of water, [[PottyFailure only to piss himself and get kicked out]], and then breaking his shield to warm himself up while waiting
in the cold outside of New Pork City. Thankfully, he’s quick to prove himself which Wario wittily points out.
-->'''Wario''': You see that? Meta Knight is quite...''[[{{Pun}} two-faced]]''.
* After accepting Meta Knight as part of Team Bowser, the Koopa King angrily clarifies to Wario that [[SuspiciouslySpecificDenial he didn’t sleep with the Charizard from earlier]], and that they were merely playing Mario Kart (don’t ask how ''that'' works…) and that he let her sleep over at his place because it was late. Wario, of course, doesn’t believe him.
* While likely a case of SpecialEffectFailure, one can’t help but chuckle at Ike’s self-destruct scream as Mario decides to chase after him out of New Pork City.
* Although Ike is at first perturbed by Mario’s accompaniment of him, he perks up after realizing that Mario is also after a “dragon”, proclaiming that he always fights for his friends. Of course, this leads Mario to ask what kind of friends Ike actually has, to which he admits that he has none while he breaks down crying.
* Eventually, Ike and Mario finally find the dreaded dragon that has invaded Ike’s castle, and it’s…[[AntiClimax a sleeping Yoshi]]. This causes the two of them to argue whether Bowser is a turtle or a dragon. This is followed by Ike attacking the Yoshi, which then uses its Final Smash to grow wings and take down both of them with its fire breath. As this happens, Mario lampshades that all his beliefs are now being thrown into question.
** The music that plays during this scene “Trogdor the Burninator” by Strong Bad, makes this even more hilarious.
* Finally, after defeating the Yoshi, Ike and Mario realize that they killed the mother of two newborn Yoshis, much their horror. Ike swears an oath to take care of and protect them as if they were his own…only for Mario to point out that they both seem more interested in Revenge instead. Cue the Benny Hill theme as they’re chased across Brawl.
** During the aforementioned chase scene, [[OnceAnEpisode Captain Falcon attempts to use his Falcon Punch
on the Zero Suits. Falco can Yoshis that are chasing Mario and Ike]], only to get trapped in an egg instead.

!!Episode 3: The Knight, the Knave, and the Squire
* President Dedede’s announcement, while mostly serving as exposition, does have some snide moments to chuckle at. At one point, he promises “no exceptions, no sob stories, and no bribes…at least not at this point that is.” Episode 4 would later prove that Dedede didn’t exactly enforce the “no bribes” part.
* At the beginning of the episode, President Dedede announces the preparations for the Smash King Tourney are in order, with a preliminary exhibition match between Team Pikachu and Team Bowser kicking things off. Bowser enthusiastically gloats at the news…[[BaitAndSwitch that he’s beating Lizardon at the video game they’re playing]]. [[OhCrap He then realizes that he’s going to
be heard late for the tourney]], and then races for his airship, accidentally crushing Wario in the background yelling, ''"What process. He wakes up with just enough time to complain about Bowser being aware of the time (Wario had been trying to warn him for at least 30 minutes), just as Lizardon also comes down the ladder and crushes him too.
* During President Dedede’s opening announcement, multiple people who aren’t present at the B.S Society’s headquarters are watching the announcement from the safety of their own homes. This includes Captain Falcon, who somehow has his own TV at the Bridge of Eldin.
* After Pikachu calls on Toon Link to be Team Pikachu’s representative for the first battle, Toon Link launches into an off-key StylisticSuck version of The Link Song by Reinaldo Ikeya, with Kirby randomly joining in. The two then fight each other for a bit before Pikachu forces Toon Link to get going. They part while warning each other that their rivalry isn’t over.
-->'''Kirby''': ''(as the screen turns dark for dramatic effect)'' I’ll be watching you. Everything you do…
* As Meta Knight and Toon Link face off, Fox and Falco start chatting about the match. Or rather, Fox is ''trying'' to talk about the match, while Falco seems mostly disinterested. Fox gets so invested in the match that Falco has to pour water over his head to quite literally cool him down.
-->'''Falco''': Wouldn’t want you to get ''too'' fired up!
** Their commentary continues to be hilarious as they talk about Peach vs. Kirby, with Fox complaining about Falco’s somewhat sexist comments towards Peach. He attempts to clarify that it was meant to be a compliment. It seems that he was serious about it too, as Falco can’t help but admire Peach’s Final Smash before snapping back to attention to announce the match results.
* After both Peach and Bowser commend Meta Knight on his spectacular first tournament match, the latter discovers Wario has somehow managed to get into the area where President Dedede made his speech and is helping himself to his Zero Suits, much to his team’s bemusement. Although Dedede initially wants to have security throw him out, Wario does some smooth talking to convince him to stay instead, causing Falco to utter “What
the HELL, Dedede?!"''Dedede?!?”
** Falco’s frustration is actually kind of understandable here. From his perspective, his boss just made him waste his time commentating an exhibition match to throw out an intruder…only to change his mind and invite him to stay instead. No wonder he’s annoyed!
* As Peach prepares to face against Kirby, she decides to show off by giving her team leader some flattery. Bowser isn’t impressed, and tells Peach to refer to him by his full title “The powerful, the pleasurable, and the respectable King Bowser!” Meta Knight lampshades that Peach probably can’t hear him…only to be proven wrong when Peach demands Bowser call her by her full title.
* Unlike most characters in the series, Peach is willing to entertain the notion of Kirby copying her without any objection. The way she offers this up to him is full of DoubleEntendre.
** Kirby does attempt to mimic Peach after copying her…but she isn’t impressed.
-->'''Peach''': [[PreAssKickingOneLiner Decent attempt. But let’s see if you’re as good of a Peach as me!]]
** The way Peach finishes Kirby off is by using her Final Smash to put him to sleep, and ending him with a death turnip. This is all after she offhandedly mentions that the fight was boring her, and that she plans to use a cheap kill to finish Kirby off.
* Frustrated at having lost the exhibition match, Pikachu offers an AllOrNothing solution for Team Bowser: pitting himself against Bowser for the win of the exhibition match. Wario remarks that Bowser couldn’t possibly be that stupid to accept such an ultimatum…only to be InstantlyProvenWrong when he accepts anyways.

* Every single intro that the creator, [=Tigura21=] makes before the episode starts is enough to make one chuckle.
** On occasion, Sonic’s VA [=JakShadic=] has usurped this role for shits and giggles. At one point, he actually gets kicked out for doing this.
* Every single Jigglypuff sighting. Some of the places where she falls asleep are just ridiculous.
* The running gag of Mario and Bowser [[MissedHimByThatMuch constantly missing each other]] despite being in the same location.
* Another fun gag is Captain Falcon being unable to hit anything with his Falcon Punch, much less stand up for himself in a fight. [[spoiler:Becomes RunningGagged after his death however.]]
