* Chapter 420: In flashback to Aizawa's efforts to ensure the Endgame-style BigDamnHeroes moment for all the scattered heroic forces still capable of fighting converging on Izuku's battlefield, it's revealed the one yet-unresolved battlefield that's been ongoing in the background since the start is the one at National Takoba Arena, against the Tartarus escapee Gashly Eijiju. Gashly's powers are tailor-made for [[VictoryByEndurance long-term battles against numerically-superior forces]], explaining how he's been able to last so long by himself. With all the build-up as one of the named escapees that were targeting Izuku during the Dark hero arc, and said battlefield being the only one without a stand-out moment from the 1A students fighting there, it seems like there's a tough fight impending that will last a few chapters to resolve...except the heroes just don't have time for any of that. So [[CuttingTheKnot they open a Kurogiri portal right behind Gashly]] and [[AntiClimax bum-rush him with a small army]] before he can even get a word out.

* Chapter 414: Whilst some fans have expressed disparagement over Izuku's desire to "save" Tomura and the inevitable "[[TalkingTheMonsterToDeath Talk-No-Jutsu]]" that their climatic battle would inevitably involve, even with the lives of literally all of Japan hanging in the balance, the Manga has always had a subtle time of "actions speak louder than words", best shown during young Tenko's traumatic flashback to him [[BystanderSyndrome being excluded from aid by ordinary civilians]] with platitudes that a hero would save him instead. Fittingly, Izuku and the Vestiges' ultimate plan to defeat/save Tomura is a compromise between the two viewpoints. '''Punch Him in The Feelings'''. Even better, it's ''far'' more effective than any single tactic the heroes have thrown at Tomura up to this point.
* Chapter 416: A brief moment of pitch BlackComedy is to be had in Tomura's panic over Izuku's relentless assault on him physically and mentally causing him to remember his father Kotaro's last moments. After all, both did/are trying to teach him a lesson on "true" heroes by hitting him.

** The anime adds three different situations with pairs: Kirishima and Tetsutetsu being flabbergasted and saying how redundant it is, ''[[SpeakinUnison both at the same time]]'', Yaoyorozu surprised face at Tokoyami's BringIt and [[VitriolicBestBuds Aoyama]] being a cheeky DeadpanSnarker towards Ashido, who responds similarly.

** Bakugo's reaction shows that he hasn't bothered to learn any of his classmates' names and has no idea who this "Uraraka" person is. In the anime's English dub, Uraraka's shocked gasp almost sounds like she's offended.

** Some pitch-dark BlackComedy to be had in the chapter's content. Bakugo finally putting a stop to All For One's tenacious attempts to retain the position of BigBad, and erasing the villain utterly from existence, beyond the point of recovery for good? Certainly Awesome. The fact he did it by ''[[RefugeInAudacity blowing up a literal baby on international television and ultimately aborting him!?]]'' Significantly less so. The only reason Bakugo can still be considered a hero after that is because his victim was [[HatedByAll All For One]], [[KillingInSelfDefense he exhausted All For One's remaining time with an act of self defense]] and it still requires ''significant'' understanding of the context.

Sometimes, we get paid a surprise visit from the hero Ms. Joke and laugh ourselves silly. Enough to wonder if we didn't inadvertently fall victim to her Quirk. There's plenty of comedy in trying to be a hero, no matter how much her sour rival Eraser Head cares to disagree and tries to use his Quirk to erase it (maybe one day she'll get a laugh outta him, too).
